"Das Hotel liegt sehr gut, ist sauber und hat alles was man braucht. Das Check-In und Check-Out konnte man selbst erledigen so dass wir nichts mit dem Personal zu tun hatten. Das Zimmer war genügend gross und das Bett war bequem. Wir sind sehr zufrieden gewesen."

"Das Hotel ist im sehr guten Zustand und sehr nett eingerichtet. Die Lage ist perfekt, um das Zentrum von Manchester zu erkunden und nicht mal 10 min von der nächsten Zughaltestelle entfernt. Ein besonderes Lob gilt der Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Angestellten - vielen lieben Dank! Das Standardzimmer ist, wie oft in England üblich, recht klein und wenn ich etwas bemängeln müsste, dann wäre es, dass man zumindest 1-2 Wandregale anbringen könnte, um seine Sachen zu verstauen. Bis auf die Kleiderbügel im Vorzimmer, einen Minitisch, eine kleine Kofferhalterung und 2 Bretter als Nachttische gibt es nämlich keinen Stauraum. Ist nicht tragisch, aber vielleicht gäbe es Lösungen."

"Le personnel au petit déjeuné etaient tres gentils!! Notre surprise fut plutot lors du check out quand on nous a dit que pour garder nos bagage il fallait payer 5 livres. (A l'arrivee gratuit mais pas au depart.... du jamais vu dams un hotel"

"Overall, a really pleasant stay in a good location with an excellent breakfast and a great pool area! You can tell that the hotel is now 20 years old, but also that it was a very high-quality hotel back then. The rooms are stylishly furnished and have a great view. However, as is typical for its age, there are no power outlets by the bed and some of the furnishings are a little worn. But that's to be expected, it's not new. The staff were consistently very friendly and helpful. The pool area is very clean, well organized, and in good condition. The breakfast offers an exceptionally wide selection and the breakfast area in the Podium Restaurant is stylish. In winter, however, it can be quite cold there. It's best to bring a light jacket. The location is excellent. A train station with direct connections to the airport or Liverpool is only a few minutes' walk away. There are also many restaurants, pubs, and a supermarket. I never felt uncomfortable in Deansgate. Would come again and recommend the hotel."
