Recht schmuddelig “

„The host was there to greet us which was nice and gave us a tour of the property. The room we stayed in was clean and very spacious and had a lovely big bathroom ( maybe consider a rail in the shower to hold on to) as well as a big sofa in the bedroom to chill. There is not kettle in the room however it's a short walk to the communal kitchen for to make a cuppa or food. Your allocated a shelf in the fridge to store food. „Aufgrund dessen das unsere Buchung von Expedia nicht ans Hotel weitergeleitet wurde war das Hotel überbucht und wir hatten echt viel Wartezeit und ein schlechteres Hotel um irgendwo schlafen zu können “

„I found it deeply disturbing that some guests were permitted to sit in the foyer, lounge and breakfast room in their pyjamas and moreover, to discover that this practice is acceptable with Mercure St Helens, Merseyside. All of which made our stay an uncomfortable one.“

„Preiswertes Mittelklass-Hotel. Alles Notwendige vorhanden. Schöne, grosse Zimmer. Gute Lage (Nahe Flughäfen Liverpool und Manchester). SEHR GUTES PREIS./LEISTUNGSVERHÄLTNIS.“

„We really liked the Spa section of the hotel and were positively surprised by the manifold options of the breakfast menu: I never had seen mango mousse for cereals before liked the many options of beverages (even sparkling water) and a king-size omelette!“

„I booked two rooms for 1 night. Both rooms were dated and 1 was extremely smelly as if someone had been smoking all night without a window open. Even the towels smelt of smoke. Tiles were falling off the bathroom wall. The carpet felt sticky and wasn't clean. Parking spaces were available however the car park was not lit up in the evening. Thankfully we had only booked 1 night prior to a flight the next day.“

„Room smelt musty and stale smoke“

„Lovely room, staff very friendly and helpful. Food was delicious.“

„Excellent stay at the Red Lion. Great little pub, lovely location. Room was clean and tidy. Delicious cooked breakfast.“

„Good value for money, nice room, good food, and very good staff, all in all would recommend it“

„Stayed as we were attending the Creamfields festival, great location in a nice area. What really made our stay memorable were the hotels staff who were so friendly and welcoming as well as happy to help! Big thanks to everyone for our stay!“
