„They were very friendly, the rooms were clean and had personal touches. My only disappointment was my room did not have an upper lock or safety measure of any kind. There were holes from were that had been one. Being a solo female traveler, I actually put a chair in front of the door. Don't get me wrong the environment was not scary, but I certainly don't trust only having a door knob lock. “

„Comfortable, clean, and convenient location in downtown Statesville. We were in town for the Carolina Balloonfest and to visit some local wineries, so the location was great. Other guests were there for the Carolina Renaissance Festival which is just 30 miles south. Cheryl and Jason are warm people and pleasant hosts. The inn itself is historic and furnished accordingly. The breakfast is continental, which might be a concern for some potential guests but was not for us. We will definitely stay ...

„Yes and yes. Construction was in progress so it was a work in progress that was handled with polite and knowledgeable staff. Our room was in the finished part of the restoration.Well done!“

„It is clean, but limited parking especially if there’s an event which there was. Breakfast room was converted into a party room at night and the music was very loud. The tiny curtains didn’t do much good. The only friendly people I encountered were the night front desk personnel and a young lady who did my checkout. My check-in staff was not friendly and made no eye contact. “
