Wonderful stay
We were in Shenzhen for 10 Days and it was great. The Staff was realy friendly and gave us the feeling, we are welcome and at Home.

Überdurchschnittliches Hotel mit Baustellen
Zuerst waren wir im "alten Teil" des Hotels, imposante Lobby, großzügig aber ungünstig geschnittenes Zimmer. Man wusste wohl nicht so Recht wo im Zimmer der Schreibtisch hin sollte. Die Ausstattung war gut, aber die Ecken "rund" geputzt. Chinatypisch würde ich sagen. Nix ganzes und nix halbes. Die Schiebetür auf den Balkon war undicht und pfiff. (Taifun in der Nähe) plus in der Nacht Baulärm vom Museum gegenüber raubte uns den Schlaf. (24h Baustelle, aber fast fertig) Ok, in Shenzhen wird immer gebaut aber der Lärm war ohrenbetäubend. Das Serviceteam reagierte prompt und ungewohnt professionell (für Hilton). Nachts um 2 Uhr Umzug und Upgrade in den anderen Teil "Nanhai Wing". 4 Service Leute begleiteten den Umzug. Sehr, sehr schön. Gleich ein dickes Doppelplus. Frühstück, sensationell. Neues Zimmer im "japanischen Stil", nun ja, was man in China wohl für japanisch hält. Groß und sehr gut. 2 Balkone. Die Schiebetüren, mehr als gewöhnungsbedürftig. Tipp: Wer nachts wegen Jetlag Hunger bekommt: Room Service anrufen und Pizza Prosciutto bestellen. Da war ein richtiger Italiener am Ofen oder einfach nur sehr gut kopiert. Ich komme garantiert wieder und das sage ich selten.

Top Hotel in Shenzen
Das Hotel liegt nahe der Fähranlegestelle und dem Ausgehviertel. Sehr neu und schön, Personal ist bemüht. Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, sehr schönes Badezimmer, schöne Aussicht auf den Hafen vom Zimmer. Frühstück sehr zu empfehlen. Schöner Fitnessraum, Indoor und Outdoorpool, alles vorhanden und gepflegt. Keine Mängel festgestellt außer zu wenig Taxis beim Hotel aber das ist in Asien oft so. Fazit: sehr zu empfehlen!

Great location, best beds and everything free!
I typically stay in the known chain hotels. This one is different, has the best service, everything seems to be free (3hrs with large choice of drinks & snacks, free complete mini bar, free breakfast, free shower after check-out...). Rooms are smaller, but beautiful, clean, functional and the bed and pillows are great!

The property was relatively new with nice clean and well maintained rooms. Breakfast was excellent. The location quite close to Seaworld was good. My only comment would be that the staff at the Nanhai wing spoke little English and i had to ask at the Waghai wing reception to solve my request.

The suite was nice and the staff was friendly. Breakfast is amazing and can’t miss. The bar EDEN though, is very disappointing and totally not worth visiting. Outdoor pool is not heated and is 2m deep throughout. Swimming cap is required. Access via a very cramped, damp changing room.

stay for 3 nights , one night in main block , 2 days in south wing suite. Very comfortable environment and good location from sea world and MTR. Staff are polite and friendly. Breakfast is good. Swimming pool and gym room in south wing is very nice . Will come back again.

Managers au top, professionels et efficace mais les collaborateurs sont tres en dessous d'un 5 etoiles au sujet de l'efficacité et de la comprehension. Ils sont gentils et à l'ecoute mais semble depassés par le moindre probleme. La piscine d'aspect irreprochable est cependant mediocre avec une profondeur de 1m a 1.50m seulement. La resultante etant une temeprature d el'eau anormale aux alentours de 35 degres.

Check in was on a week day, it was smooth and late check out was offered. Aileen at front desk was very helpful and attentive. The room was a truely 5 star standard. We love the swimming pool whichbis facing the sea. The hotel is next to a trendy cultural Center, about 5-10min walk to metro, suitable for vacation or staycation.
