A Home to Relax and Unwind

The front lounge is where the group gathers, with a wood-burning stove for cosy evenings, two leather sofas facing a Smart TV with Netflix, and a piano if anyone fancies a tune. The pine country kitchen has a Rangemaster double oven and 5-ring hob for cooking for a crowd, plus a big dining table over underfloor heating. When the weather is kind, the paved rear garden with its BBQ and built-in seating becomes the natural spot to unwind.

Good to Know Before You Book

The house is spread over three floors, so all bedrooms are reached by stairs and there is no ground-floor bedroom. The attic twin sits under sloped eaves with skylights, where headroom is lower in places. There are neighbours on both sides, so please keep noise down late at night. Self check-in is via a keybox next to the front door, with full instructions sent on the morning of arrival; on departure, please return the keys to the keybox. Parking is free on the street directly outside, subject to availability, with no permit needed, but a specific space cannot be guaranteed.

Extra charges

Pets are welcome at £15 per pet, per night, up to a maximum of two pets; please declare any pets before arrival. Early check-in before 15:00 and late check-out after 10:00 are each £60, subject to availability, and can be requested once your booking is confirmed.

Booking policy

A security deposit of £200 is required for this booking.

Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.

Cancellation policy

Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.
