„Great place“

„We stayed here last April (2023) and it was fine but the back garden was a disappointment and we andvised them of this issue. Unfortunately, even though the drain has been sorted the garden has gotten much worse and needs attention for little cost. Also the neighbours hang their washing over the fence which isn’t a very nice sight to see in a morning. The house itself is fine with everything you need. A long mirror somewhere downstairs would be helpful and a mirror in the first floor bathroom ...

„An excellent base for us to visit nearby family. Communication was very easy with the owner, with a very warm welcome on arrival. Lovely and warm and comfortable in beautiful surroundings.“

Great location in Crookes neighborhood with shops, pubs and other amenities nearby, and close to bus to city center. Host was attentive and responsive to any questions we had.“

„Overall a lovely house with great access to town and the peaks. I would stay again. However, please note there are strict rules on noise after 9pm and we were shocked to realise they had a noise detector somewhere in the house.“

We were able to walk to tons of places and the shops/cafes/bars were great. The property was clean and well stocked. The communication was consistent and the check-in and check-out was very easy.
