Perfect for all seasons, our lakefront cottage on Shawano Lake offers the ideal setting for summer fun, cozy winter escapes, and everything in between. Located on the south side of Shawano Lake, this modern, comfortable cottage features a private dock, flat walk-out access to the water, and amenities designed for families, couples, fishing trips, girls’ weekends, and year-round relaxation.

Enjoy fishing and swimming in the summer, snowmobiling and ice fishing in the winter, and breathtaking sunset views every evening. With grocery stores, restaurants, breweries, golf courses, ATV/snowmobile trails, shops, and casinos just minutes away, convenience meets tranquility at this warm and welcoming retreat.

SUMMER
Your ideal family lake vacation:
- Private dock to tie your boat; launch nearby (note: We do not provide dock bumpers, boat rentals provide these for you).
- Boat rentals available through American Marine on the lake
- Two adult kayaks, two kids’ kayaks (up to 130 lbs), two paddleboards, & a water mat
