Schönes Stadthotel
Das Hotel ist in einem guten Zustand. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Bund ist nur 10 min mit Taxi entfernt. Shopping malls und restaurants sind ebenfalls nur wenige Minuten zu Fuss entfernt.

Das Hotel ist einfach klasse. Nachdem viele 4 und 5 Sterne hotels in Shanghai inzwischen ziemlich nachgelassen haben, gibt es hier absolut keine Beanstandungen. Hervorzuheben ist ein riesen großes Frühstücksbuffet, teils täglich wechselnd. Bei dieser Auswahl ist für jeden etwas dabei. Das Personal ist im gesamten hotel sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ist bereits mein zweiter Aufenthalt und ich würde jederzeit wieder dort übernachten.

The concierge team is super efficient and wonderful. It was a lean team but they deal with the challenges with professionalism. Not only they assisted with my taobao orders, and transportation needs, they also gave excellent suggestions on what i should do

Thank you for your feedback in regards to the AC not working well in your room. But we would like to clarify with you your floor and room situation because our hotel didn't have 82F indeed. And our room window is not suppose to open for the safety reseason. We're looking forward to hearing from your feedback so that we can look into it and ask our maintenance to fix the issue specificly, however I apologize if you encouter this issue. I have to say this is a very old hotel that need a major upgrade. We were there in Dec, the hotel room was very hot, the AC was not every hotel. We felt like stay in a sauna room every single day. The room was very clean, bathe room ground was dirty. It was not very pleasant to see. Some sneaky customers probably still smoking in the room that cases our room smell like cigarettes due to then central AC. The staff were nice and trying their best. I guess it’s just an old hotel. The moment you go into the hotel lobby you would smell a mixed greasy and fragrant smell. I will not go back again for sure.

I had a good stay at this hotel, it has all what I need in Shanghai. It’s a little unfortunate that gym/swim pool was closed for some days. But overall all is good.

Old shanghai Hilton now is the kunlun. It’s old but well kept up. Some furniture and infrastructure is old but the location is fantastic and the price is right

Well managed with international standard
After staying at another hotel around the corner multiple times, I switched to staying at Kunlun this time. It's better in every way including bigger and quieter rooms. Will be back next time.
