„GOOD“

„Alles sehr gut, Frühstück könnte vielfältiger sein. Stauraum im Zimmer minimal. Kein Schrank….“

„Big and nice room“

„ Great location“

„Sehr sauberes und gepflegtes Hotel. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Zentrale und günstige Lage. Metro Station nur 200m. entfernt. Das Personal war sehr höfflich und aufmerksam. Kostenlose Getränke in der Lounge. Preis-Leistung ist unschlagbar. Absolute Empfehlung!“

„Great overstay“

„The place was nice and new. Fairly small but enough room for 6 of us to sleep comfortably. Lots of stairs and the 2nd and 3rd floors have the bedrooms. Nice sitting area on balcony (4th floor). Fairly conveniently located, within 10 minutes of various subway lines. 2 minutes to 7-11. “

„It is really hard to go wrong with the Ritz.. The hotel is situated with a walking distance to Osaka station. However, you do need to travel by train or taxi to Shin-Osaka Station. The rooms were large and very clean to our satisfaction. The staff was extremely attentive to every request we had. Breakfast - was rich and offered large variety of dishes. All in all, highly recommended.“

„Tolle Lage, sehr schön und modern eingerichtet, sehr leckeres Frühstück, tolles Personal“

„We had a really pleasant stay. The view from our room was beautiful. Breakfast was great and the happy hour exceeded our expectations. Umeda is also a great neighborhood in Osaka. During our stay in Japana we have been in 6 hotels and Intergate Umeda was by far the best.“

„Nice, modern rooms. AC was great, one of the few hotels where you couldn’t hear it while working. WiFi worked well. Friendly staff. It does take 15 minutes to walk to Osaka main station, but it’s close to Fukushima station - 5/6 minutes. Breakfast was nice but it would be great to have a bit more choice on some of the days.“

„Staff was very nice and check in process was very simple. Shampoo and body wash in the showers were a plus!“
