Absolutely adorable and ultra cozy newly renovated cabin with a cinema room!

This is the ultimate FUN paradise, with a private hot tub overlooking the woods, propane BBQ grill, outdoor propane fire pit to toast your marshmallows, your personal home theatre with a comfy Big Joe bean bag and cozy floor cushions, family fun board game + books corner, retro kettle popcorn cart, and a street fighter arcade game station!

Our cabin is just 12 minutes away from downtown Pigeon Forge, 20 minutes from Dollywood, and 25 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. The street is super private with only 4 cabins, and you feel like you’re in the mountains, but we are also close to so many restaurants and shopping!

Guests have access to the entire property and will not share with anyone else.

The Hunny Pot is the cutest cabin with everything your heart desires! Please see images for idea of how the cabin is laid out. The king bed is in the living room and there is two twin beds in the enclosed bedroom.

*The outdoor BBQ grill and fire pit uses propane tanks. Guests who would like to use the grill and fire pit are responsible for refilling their tanks if empty upon arrival.

*Its not obvious in the pictures so I wanted to note that there are 4 cabins total on our street (including ours) so it’s not in completely private woods. But we are on one end of the street so there are only cabins to the right side and none on the left side where our hot tub faces. The left side is wooded with private trees and feels like your very own oasis :)

Any car is fine for getting to our cabin :) We have a few pot holes leading up to our cabin, but any car should be able to drive over them. Just be a bit careful and drive slowly!

Parking is ideal for 1 car, but can also fit 2 small cars or 1 large/1 small if one of the cars park slightly on to the soft dirt area. Please reach out if you have any questions!

**Because we are in the mountains, there is always the possibility of seeing bears, raccoons, and other wildlife around the cabin or even on the porch/yard. Please be careful not to leave any food/drinks/coolers/trash/etc outside or in your car, and do not approach wildlife. By renting our property, you assume all responsibility for damages, injury and risk to yourself and underage persons.
