Just a 5-minute drive from Smoky Mountain Parkway and in close proximity to attractions like Soaky Mountain Waterpark, Wilderness at the Smokies, and Sevierville Golf Club — with fully paved roads all the way — the location gives you the best of both worlds.

By confirming a reservation, guests acknowledge that below house rules have been read and agreed to:
• Minimum age to book: 25 years
• Check-in: 4 PM
• Check-out: 10 AM
• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM
• No Smoking and No Drugs inside and outside the cabin - Smoking/vaping is up to a $2000 penalty fee and having the reservation ended with no refund.
• No pets allowed for allergy reasons - Bringing a pet is a $1500 penalty fee and having the reservation ended immediately with no refund.
• No Parties - Having a party / large gathering beyond the house guests is $1000 penalty fee and having the reservation ended immediately with no refund.
