⁂ THE CABIN
Welcome to this enchanting retreat in the mountains! The cabin is centrally located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge and is setup for vacationers and explorers of all types! The living room is spacious and welcoming, with comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and a cozy gas fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, including a full-sized refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. The private dining area has a large table that seats six. The cabin has three bedrooms, each with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. The full bathroom upstairs also has a relaxing jacuzzi tub. The upstairs loft area includes an arcade game as well as additional seating -- all designed for hours of fun! There is a washer/dryer inside the master bathroom on the first level and the cabin also includes free high-speed Wi-Fi!

Outside, you`ll love spending time on the decks enjoying the fresh mountain air. The hot tub is also located on the privacy of a screened-in deck and is a great place to relax after a long day of hiking and adventure. There is plenty of seating to relax in the morning with a cup of coffee or unwind in the evening with a glass of wine. A BBQ grill is also available to take advantage of a cookout while taking in the privacy!

Free parking for up to 3 cars. Small RV could also be accommodated.
The drive to the cabin involves a few mountain roads. 4WD is recommended during inclement weather in winter months. The road inside the resort is paved. The circular parking space at the cabin is flat.

* We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and detergent. Soaps and shampoos are not included. If you have a large group or are staying for an extended period, you may need to bring extras with you or prepare to pick them up during your stay!

* We are unable to offer refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter conditions.

* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
*There is a strict no-smoking policy. This includes inside the cabin, on the decks and in the hot tub. Smoking is permitted in the parking area.

*There is a strict no-pet policy.

Any guests violating these rules will be assessed an additional $500 cleaning fee.
