Nestled in the heart of the Smoky Mountains, the indoor poolroom offers a luxurious retreat with a stunning 12x16 pool, kept at 82 degrees year-round for ultimate comfort. Whether you're playing in the pool or simply relaxing, the space is designed for both leisure and enjoyment, with large windows that let in natural light and provide beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. No matter the weather conditions outside, you will be able to swim anytime of the year.
The game room in this Smoky Mountain cabin is a perfect blend of fun & relaxation, offering entertainment for all ages. Play a game of pool on the sleek billiards table or kick back on the comfortable couch while enjoying your favorite movie on the 65" TV. For those who love classic arcade games, the room features four commercial-grade machines, including a digital pinball table, Golden Tee Golf, and a classic arcade console loaded with a variety of games. 5 king bedrooms in the cabin provide guests with a luxuriously comfortable king-sized beds, topped with a super comfy mattress. It’s so cozy, you may have trouble getting out of bed in the morning! Surrounded by the majestic Smoky Mountains, this beautiful cabin offers plenty of space for 12 guests to relax, enjoy each other’s company and make wonderful memories. Each bedroom includes an ensuite full bathroom and your own private views of the mountains right out the window. Each room also includes a door for you to step out on the back deck and take in the views and fresh air of nature around you. In the mornings, step through the back doors to enjoy alone time and a warm cup of coffee on the back patio before everyone else wakes up. 2 bedrooms on the top floor, 1 on the middle floor and 2 on the bottom floor. To spread out a little more, we have a bunk room downstairs with 4 full size beds.

☆☆ OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION ☆☆
ACCESS: Check in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. We are not able to accommodate early or late checkins/outs during busy times or same day checkins/outs for guests. The property features self-checkin using an electronic smart lock keypad. A unique door code will be provided at least 48 hours before check-in.
RULES
✔ No more than the max number of guests allowed at the property based on the reservation.
✔ Quiet hours are from 10pm to 9am in respect of other surrounding properties.
✔ Avoid the use of hair dyes, hair coloring and other products that could stain linens.
✔ No fireworks, candles or discharging of firearms allowed.
✔ If the property is left excessively dirty it could require an additional cleaning fee.
✔ An adult of at least 18 years old must supervise all kids around the hot tub, pool, & fire features & all outdoor areas.
DAMAGE WAIVER OR DEPOSIT: As part of the reservation, we do require a damage waiver fee charged or damage deposit.
RENTAL AGREEMENT: We ask guests to sign a rental agreement for their reservation.
RECOMMENDATIONS: We encourage all guests to purchase rental insurance should something unexpected come up and impact your stay. We must follow our refund policy.
NO SMOKING: or use of fire permitted in the rental. Guest acknowledges that no “smoking” includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and “use of fire” includes lighting of candles, incense or sage. There will be a $500 charge if this rule is not followed.
SECURITY CAMERAS: Renters acknowledge and accept that the property is monitored by outdoor security cameras to protect the property.
GAS FIREPLACE(S): These are turned off from Mid-May to Mid-September in the warmer months.
PETS: Pets are not allowed. Some guests have medical or allergy reasons for staying at places that don't allow pets, and some people simply prefer it. We have to maintain that consistency for our guests. We can't be partly pet friendly and partly not. While we wish we could accommodate this, it is just a policy we can't bend on.
NOTICE: All guests at the property agree to hold the property owner and all contractors harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from or related to the use of the property. This includes, but is not limited to, any injuries, accidents, or losses that may occur on the property. Renters acknowledge that they are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their guests while on the premises. The property owner and contractors shall not be held liable for any incidents or damages resulting from the use of the property, its amenities, or the surrounding area, except under gross negligence or willful misconduct.
WILDLIFE & NATURE: We have a regular pest control service that maintains the grounds. However, as we are located in a rural area, potential guests should be aware that local flora and fauna, including snakes, lizards, deer, bears, raccoons, spiders, ladybugs, wasps, bees, rabbits, excessive pollen, poison ivy/oak, chiggers, beetles, field mice, ants, cockroaches, squirrels, opossums, flies, coyotes, moths, and butterflies, may be present. Despite our strict pest control and cleaning regimen, some native wildlife may still make their presence known. Because the property is in the forest, we cannot guarantee you won't see some of these. We appreciate your understanding!
