-Please note that critters and insects are common in the Great Smoky Mountains. We have our cabin on a monthly pest control program that is performed by a professional pest control company. Please keep in mind that the cabin is in the mountains and it would be impossible to prevent all pests from entering the cabin. By booking, you understand that there will be no refunds related to pests getting into the property. We will be happy to work with you to get our pest control back out to the cabin if necessary.
-Wildlife, including bears, inhabit the area. If you are lucky enough to see some of the wildlife, maintain a safe distance and do not feed the wildlife. Do not leave food in vehicles.
