The open floor plan connects the kitchen, dining, and living spaces, so no one misses a moment together. Lower Level
Head downstairs for all the fun! The vibrant game room features foosball, air hockey, and an arcade machine loaded with hundreds of classics. Beyond the game room, your private movie theater awaits for popcorn-filled nights. This level also includes a full bathroom, laundry, and a large game table perfect for cards, puzzles, or that one board game you never quite finish. Sleeping arrangements include one king bedroom and a bunk room designed for kids (or kids at heart) with a Queen-over-Queen bunk and a Twin-over-Twin bunk.

Using the hot tub is entirely at your own risk.

Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property. If our cleaners detect any signs of smoking, a $500 fee will be charged.

Please adhere to our check-in and check-out timings. Unauthorized early check-ins or late check-outs are prohibited and will incur additional charges. If the guest fails to vacate the property on time, a fee of $50.00 will be charged for the first half-hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half-hour.

Due to Mother Nature's unpredictability, we do not provide refunds for weather-related issues, natural disasters, power outages, or events beyond our control.

Although we love our furry friends, we have a strict no-pets policy on the premises. If our cleaners discover any violation of this rule, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $500.

An outdoor security camera monitoring the driveway operates 24/7, recording movement and sound solely for safety reasons. Be reassured that there are NO indoor cameras or cameras pointing towards the front or back of the house, preserving your privacy.
