As you make your way to the cabin and travel around the area, please keep in mind that some of the mountain roads can be steep and winding—that's part of the charm of being in the Smokies! Drive cautiously, especially if it’s your first time in the area, and give yourself a little extra time. Most guests make the trip just fine, and the views are absolutely worth it! House rules
• State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking
• Traveler must be at least 23 years of age to make a reservation
• For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• NO SMOKING in the cabin, as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $1000.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Suitable for children (2-12 years)
• Suitable for infants (under 2 years)
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $200 - $500 fine
• NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine. This is the rule of the Condo Association.
