Welcome to Runaway cottage. Our lovely rustic cabin has been remodeled and updated with a modern feel. The cozy cabin is a perfect romantic getaway or family trip. You'll be minutes away from the area's best attractions: Dollywood (25 minutes), the Island (15 minutes), and Gatlinburg (30 minutes). Whether you want to stay in the cabin, sit against the cozy fireplace, relax in the hot tub, or visit the city's latest attractions, this is the cabin for you!

The Space:
Sits on a mountain and is the perfect getaway to take life slow.


Our cabin has been newly remodeled with modern touches. During your weekend/weekday getaway, you can cook dinner in our fully equipped kitchen or the charcoal grill outside.


Relax in the hot tub or patio while you enjoy the fresh mountain air and breathtaking views.


Cuddle up in front of the stack-stone and stream your favorite flick or show on the widescreen television.

Guest Access:
The door code and property address will be provided 72 hrs before check-in.

Other Things to Note:
Must be 21 or older to book this cabin.
This cabin sleeps 4 guests maximum.
NO smoking
NO drugs
NO pets (we love them too, but unfortunately, they'll have to stay at home)
Fireplace is electric.
Starter sets of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent are provided.
Bring your own coffee. k cups, as the Keurig machine recommended.

Some Notes about the Mountains: I’m a city girl. However, the items below were NEW to me. Pigeon Forge has become one of my favorite places.

*Note:
Roads- There are twisty turns, one lane roads. Please use caution while driving through the mountains. We do recommend chains, snow tires, or four-wheel drive in the winter months.


Natural Element: This is the forest and mountains, and you will likely see bugs, mice, or furry critters (including bears!). We do maintain the property with regular pest control, but due to the surroundings, or if doors are left open or food is left outside, this can attract critters. We are not responsible for wildlife run-ins. Please be respectful of their space in the wild. DO NOT leave food in cars, and be sure to keep windows and car doors locked.
Fall/Winter is ladybug season in the Smokies, and these little buggers are attracted to heat, meaning your cabin and every other one out there that is warm! They will swarm to the cabin, and you’ll probably see them alive/dead or on windowsills, in vents, etc. Rest assured that your cabin has regular pest control and is professionally cleaned before and after your stay, including bug removal.


Plumbing: The cabin is on well and septic. Please don't flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets.

There are windy and hilly roads; please be careful driving in and out.
We do recommend four-wheel drive in the winter months. While TN does not get much snow, the steep streets can sometimes be hard to get up without.
