This home is uniquely located right on the lake with no steps to get to the lake and no steps to access the master bedroom and top floor. Enjoy sitting or eating on the spacious, top-quality decks in either a well-shaded area or in the sun. Enjoy cooking in the spacious kitchen while looking right at the lake and mountains as you work. Relax in the hot tub or at the covered waterfront pavilion and fire pit, and enjoy the wildlife. In the spring and summer, swim off the dock, grab a free kayak or paddleboard. Enjoy a game of pool or watch great movies on a massive screen in a home theater with oversized cushioned seating. Enjoy additional TVs with high-speed fibre optic internet. Plenty of safe space for kids to play outside in a nice flat grassy area or in a playhouse right next to the water. Note: This lake home is right on the main channel so it has water and a spectacular water view all year-round. The Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) drains the lake down in the fall and winter (Sept to early April) such that sections of the lake that are in coves are so drained down that most coves on the lake are dry (no water) late November to January. The water levels will vary depending on TVA's decisions to set water levels to prevent flooding. TVA fills the lake back up in early April. It is usually completely filled back up by the end of April.

Note: The guest who books the cabin is required to sign a renter's agreement (e.g., says the guest will not sue us and will follow house rules) through an external link, which will get sent to you automatically after booking. The guest who books the cabin is required to pre-approve a $500 damage protection deposit that is 100% fully refunded 7 days after check-out if no damages are incurred and if the guest keeps house rules to not disturb the neighbors. The security deposit is not charged to your card until after your stay, and it is only charged if there is damage or if a house rule was broken.

Note: Parrots Chapel Road which you take to get to the cabin,n follows the lake contour and so has a good number of turns. The ride is worth the wait but the short 6-mile road to the lake takes ~15 min to drive due to the turns.
