Luxury Pool Home with Unbelievable Views, Private Pool, Game Room, Hot tub

Smoky Mountain Views proudly presents "Modern Appalachia"! This cabin hosts an indoor pool, game room & breathtaking views of the Smoky Mountains. It has a simplistic modern design & old Appalachian flair that the youngest to the oldest in your group are sure to enjoy.

The main floor has the primary suite with a king size bed & shower/ soaker tub combo; the large kitchen (fully equipped & has both a Kuerig and regular coffee pot); and open living/dining area.

The upper level has a foosball & air hockey table in the loft, a laundry closet, and two bedrooms. Each of these two bedrooms have two king beds, a private deck and their own spacious bathrooms.

The lower level has an amazing game room with a pool table, shuffleboard, multicade game console, and a large TV for movie night!. Also in the lower level is a heated indoor salt water pool (up to 84* & 10'x20') with a walk out to the hot tub which sits on lower level deck to give you a view as well!

There is also a park-style charcoal grill (charcoal not provided).

*This cabin is 30 mins from major attractions, a 35 min drive to Gatlinburg, a 25 min drive to Pigeon Forge & Dollywood!

Guest booking must be 25 years or older. NO PETS. No parties or events. No Smoking or Drug use on property. No fireworks. Parking area and entrance are under video surveillance. The pool is serviced Tuesdays & Fridays. Rental Agreement & $300 Security Deposit REQUIRED. Check-In time is between 4pm and 10pm FIRM. Our small mountain community has quiet hours between 10pm & 8am.
