Important: There is no boat launch or trailer parking available at the resort, though we do provide free trailer storage for guests at a nearby facility. The nearest public boat launch is 8 miles away at TVA public boat ramp, Dandridge, TN 37725. There are temporary steps to the dock that are rough and have no handrails. The permanent ones will be installed once we have HOA approval.
