Located on a quiet cul-de-sac set high on a mountain ridge, Good Karma Cabin offers peace, privacy, and everything you need for your vacation in the Smoky Mountains, and puts you within minutes of all that Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Sevierville and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park have to offer.
Recently updated and redecorated, Good Karma features 4 beds, 3.5 baths, and sleeps 7 guests maximum.
The MAIN FLOOR features the master suite with king bed, and full private bath. Living room with vaulted ceiling has new comfy sectional sofa, large screen TV/cable and a beautiful stone gas fireplace. Dining room and fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar offer plenty of room to prepare and share meals with family and friends. Kitchen includes stainless appliances, Keurig and drip coffeemaker, as well as large closet pantry for all of your groceries. There is also a half bath on this level for all guests to share.
The UPSTAIRS offers a private queen bedroom with full bathroom as well as an open loft area with twin memory foam bed and small seating area with upholstered custom rocking chair.
The LOWER LEVEL features a new plush queen bed, full bath, and game room with pool table, 80s arcade game (with 60 games!) and a cabinet chock FULL of board/card/dice games.
Upper deck (off of main level) features a 4 person hot tub, outdoor stacked-stone gas fireplace, gas grill, 6 rocking chairs and double swing. Take in the mountain views, soak in the hot tub, and then snuggle up to the fire. Lower deck (off of game room) features table with seating for 6 plus 4 rocking chairs.
Access to Honeysuckle Meadows Pool (just at the bottom of the hill as you turn onto Happy Hollow Rd) is included for all registered guests of Good Karma Cabin. Pool open mid-April through mid-September, weather permitting.
Roads leading up the mountain to our cabin are paved, well-maintained and 2-way the entire drive up. In the event of ice or snow on roads, 4WD is required - under any other conditions, any vehicle can make the drive up without issue.
The cabin offers a full-size washer and dryer, (4) smart TVs with cable, WiFi, hair dryers, bedroom fans. All linens provided, including bedding, 2 sets of towels per guest, and dish towels/cloths. A full list of included amenities will be provided to guests a week prior to arrival.
House Rules:
- Guest booking must be 25 years or older and must be one of the people staying at the cabin.
- One ADULT housebroken and crate-trained dog under 60 lbs permitted per booking. Dog must be leashed at all times outside and crated indoors when left alone at the cabin. Additional dog requires additional fee and host approval.
- No parties or events.
- No smoking indoors.
- MAXIMUM occupancy policy of 7 people total (including children ages 2 and up) is strictly enforced.
- Booking may be cancelled by cabin owner if completed/signed rental agreement and copy of driver's license are not returned within 48 hours.
- Property is monitored by security camera facing the driveway and entrances. Guests are not permitted to cover, block or tamper with security camera in any way. Doing so is grounds for immediate eviction without refund.
- Disregard for house rules will result in eviction without refund.
