"Ein sehr spezielles Hotel im positiven Sinne. Es befindet such mitten im Dschungel, wodurch eine eine konstante Ruhe gewährleistet ist. Einzig hört man teilweise das Schreien von Leuten, die im anliegenden Ayung River Wasserrafting betreiben, was wir aber nicht als störend empfunden haben. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir neben der einzigartigen Umgebung auch das Personal, welches einen unvergesslichen Job geleistet hat. Wir haben unerwartet ein Zimmerupgrade bekommen (ich vermute, weil wir das Hotel als VIP Access über Expedia gebucht hatten). Jeder Wunsch wurde uns vorher bereits an den Lippen abgelesen, etwa im sehr leckeren Hotelrestaurant, in welchem an jedem Donnerstag eine traditionelle balinesische Tanzvorführung stattfindet. Wer also im Dschungel seine Ruhe sucht und zugleich auf nichts verzichten möchte, ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben."

"Die Zimmern und die Ausstattung sind einwertig zu alt, wurden aber täglich sehr sauber gemacht. Alles top bis auf kleinste Sachen geachtet. Personal sehr Freundlich und sofort hilfsbereit. Strand wunderschön. Sehr Kinderfreundlich. Kinderbetreuung bis 4 Jahren kostet ca. 9 Euro, ist aber absolut empfehlenswert."

"A great hotel complex with extremely courteous, friendly staff. The room service was also excellent; I would like to mention Yoga at this point. Great and large pool area - if you don't feel like it, you can take the free hourly shuttle to the hotel's own beach area a little further north-east. Very varied and plentiful selection at the breakfast buffet. For the good buffet every evening, we would have loved it if there had been traditional cuisine on more days than just Saturdays. The rooms with connecting doors can be a little noisy - depending on how considerate the neighbors are. If in doubt, ask for one without, but the reception also responded immediately to complaints in this matter."

"How do we start here… Huge hotel complex with beach front. Whether you like that or not, is up to you. We found it to be very questionable. Complex appears quite modern, espfcially the foyer and front desk. Spectacular view. Friendly and helpful staff. Decent rooms. Pool area and restaurant are overall good. Pretty good gym Now for the downsides. Beach was really poor. Dont trust the foto. In our opinion you cant really use the beach at all. Lack of sand probably due to erosion, in low tide you cant swim anyways. Not much going on the area, so there is really not much to do other than hanging out in the hotel complex and pool area. Or maybe excursions, but in Nusa Dua you are far from most sights and traffic is catastrophic. Breakfast gets pretty crowded. Dinner buffet was rather average. 2 inconveniences to mention, that were managed really well: - hotel messed up airport pick up, which caused us some nerves on arrival. They apologised and offered free transfer to airport on our way back. And admittedly, it was a same day booking, so mistakes just happen. - reservation for sea food bbq set course menu got lost, once we arrived they ran out of it. They tried their best to make up for it and gave a generous discount. Would we stay there again? probably not. In general we wouldnt go back to Bali. If you are happy with resort style accomodation and mainly stay at the pool, it might still be your choice. "
