The villa was well prepared for your arrival, we organized a surprise for your mother's birthday with a bouquet of flowers, rose petals jacuzzi, balloons, decoration and a nice birthday cake. Everybody was touched and your mother was very touched, which made us very glad. You have notified us about a couple of problems upon arrival that have been taken care of on that same day. We naturally apologized for the inconvenience which was only minor and which was fixed straight away. However, we were a bit shocked with your response "you must understand where I come from", which we found a little disrespectful. Then you asked for money or you would leave a bad review, which was a first time for us after 12 years of hosting. Despite that, we gave you a free late check out and did our very best during all your stay to make all your family happy. Everyone of your group was very thankful and obviously appreciative of all our efforts. We received a lot of compliments from all the members of your family and even some emotional goodbye at check out time. They were all very grateful and happy about the quality of the villa and our service, which means a lot for us. Thank you for the positive part of your comments. You forgot to mention that you initially booked for 12 people but then tried to bring 18 people without paying the extra fee as per our terms and conditions. I had to involve VRBO in the process and it took a lot of time and energy to finally come to an agreement, until VRBO had to threaten to cancel your reservation. Regarding the AC, all work properly, you just mistakenly changed the mode and could have asked for assistance if you needed as it works perfectly. There is a parking lot right in front the villa and plenty of space around the villa. It has been a disappointing experience with a guest who came to cause some trouble from the beginning.
