  • 5 Schlafzimmer 4 Bad Haus mit Blick auf die Bucht. Garage für zwei Autos mit Unter- und Oberdeck auf der Rückseite des Grundstücks mit Blick auf die Bucht. Alle Schlafzimmer haben 55 "Serie 6 TCL-Fernseher mit eingebautem Roku.
    Alle Betten sind bequeme Pillow-Top-Matratzen für das Ultra-Schlaf-Erlebnis. Die Schlafzimmer sind groß und geräumig und sehr privat. Es gibt drei Hauptschlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad. Ein weiteres Badezimmer zwischen den Schlafzimmern im mittleren 2. Stock. Große begehbare Kleiderschränke in den Hauptschlafzimmern.
    Das Anwesen befindet sich in einer großartigen Anlage mit großem Pool und Fitnessraum mit Blick auf die Bucht. Bootsrutschen sind vorhanden und auch Kajak fahren.

The house was spacious and clean. Very large kitchen, dining and family room with seating for all. We enjoyed the outside deck as well. Having the sheets, towels, and some kitchen supplies was really helpful. Great location near Harris Teeter, farm stand, restaurants and the beach. Nice quiet neighborhood. The owner was very responsive and pleasant when we had any questions.

Four generation vacation

This house is beautiful, clean, large and laid out well. The decks on the back of the home are so peaceful. Would definitely stay here again.

Family Getaway

For our annual family trip this home was perfect for our needs! The house was clean and the host was ready and willing to help with whatever we needed. The pool was excellent for the small children in our group (1-6 years old). We would recommend staying here with any family or larger group.

Fenwick 2024

We have vacationed at Delaware beaches many times over the years. This property was the best place we ever stayed at. It was spacious, clean, well stocked, and close to everything, grocery stores - beaches- boardwalk- etc, and the pool was an added bonus. In addition, the covered decks overlooking the bay were a favorite gathering spot.

Awesome Home

Can’t say enough about this beautiful home, the area and the host. Beautiful spacious home with wonderful amenities and very clean. We had 8 adults and 2 babies, everyone had a nice space and we loved the deck and view. The pool is really nice with a spectacular view. Look forward to vacationing here again.

Everything was as described and there were no disappointments with this rental. Property is kept in excellent condition and very comfortable and convenient. Drive to the beach is 7 minutes and we had no difficulty finding a parking space. Great restaurants and grocery store within 1-4 miles.

Soooo Nice!

2nd year staying at this beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood. The home is spacious, clean, comfortable and so relaxing. The pool is beautiful overlooking the bay with a little private beach. We spent a lot of time on the decks which also have a water view. And to make it even more perfect, the beds are super comfortable! Host is awesome!

Beautiful house in convenient location

We stayed a partial week but wish we could have stayed longer! The house was beautiful , very clean, and conveniently located near grocery stores and restaurants and a short drive to the beach. The owner is extremely responsive and helpful and provided many extra supplies that no other rental we stayed at has done. The community was very nice for the kids to swim in at the end of the day after being at the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved staying here. We had 10 in our group- 2 grandparents, 3 adult children and 5 grandkids ranging from age 8-15, and everyone was thrilled with the accommodations. My in-laws were very happy to have a master bedroom on the ground floor to avoid stairs. The house is huge with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and be comfortable. I've stayed in many vacation rentals and we've never had one so well supplied and stocked with everything you need. There was an ample supply of every product like hand soap, dish soap, bar soap for the shower, paper products, etc. You will not need to shop for ANYTHING. There are also more towels and washcloths than you could ever need so you will never run out. The cooking equipment available in the kitchen was also the best I've seen at a vacation rental. Everything you need to make a meal is available and in good condition.Our family loved riding the provided bikes to the pool and exploring the nearby bay. The pool is huge and has lots of entries, seating and shade available for all ages. The drive to the beach was and easy 10 minutes or less depending where you wanted to go. The location was perfect.This home exceeded all our expectations and we could not have been happier. We all agree we will be back next year. Can't wait!

Family vacation

The house was perfect for our family of ten. The 3 en-suite bedrooms for the adults and accommodations for the kids was great. Bernie made sure to have plenty of essentials available and was quick to provide answers to all our questions. The community pool and short drive to the beaches were exactly what we hoped for. We had a great time and would definitely consider returning in the future.

OMG!

We recently stayed in this beautifully appointed home and loved it! The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and kitchen tools. The beds were very comfortable. The view of the bay was nice and sitting on the back deck was very relaxing! There were several “extras” that we usually don’t find in rentals like waters, ziplock bags, foil and 6 bicycles to just name a few. We had a terrific time and the neighborhood, community pool and gym were easy to access and nice. Bernie was very responsive and helpful. We can’t wait to go back!

Birthday get-a-way

This was a nice get-a-way to celebrate my granddaughter turning seven years old. She wanted to go to the beach for her birthday so the beach it was. This is a very nice property tucked away in a very quiet and welcoming neighborhood. The owner is awesome, and responds to any questions you may have concerning your stay in an expeditious manner. Great house and wonderful community

I expected a nice house and great vacation but the house and stay greatly exceeded all my expectations. The layout, decor and amenities of the home was absolutely 100% great there was nothing I would change or ask to be included, whatever the top rating would be, this is it plus. The community pool was large with plenty of space for all and small beach was great, the children and adults loved going to both. The other guests and residents of the community were outgoing and extremely friendly, anyone would be thrilled to call them neighbors. We had such a great and memorable time as a family together, really special to all of us and the home helped to make it so!

Great vacation home! Highly recommend!

Our family loved the stay at this beautiful and spotless vacation home. Great location, near Ocean City, MD and Bethany Beach. Amazing host provided plenty essential items, such as toilet paper, bath and hand soaps, trash bags, etc which made it convenient for our big group. He even left us plenty of water to help us get started. Everyone enjoyed the large, resort style pool. The host is easy to work with. We would definitely return! Thanks Bernard!

AWESOME PLACE AND LOCATION

THE HOME IS BEAUTIFUL AND FACILITIES THAT ARE ON THE PROPERTY FOR GUESTS TO ENJOY ARE A NICE ADD. POOL, CLUBHOUSE, SMALL BEACH AND A NICELY EQUIPED GYM ARE ALL TOP NOTCH. CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THE HOME ITSELF. VERY CLEAN AND WELL EQUIPED. WE HAD A LOT OF RAIN DURING OUR STAY, BUT THE HOME IS SO BIG AND SPACIOUS, WITH COVERED PORCHES, WE COULD STILL ENJOY OURSELVES. ALSO BERNIE IS GREAT AND JUST A TEXT OR PHONE CALL AWAY TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY!
