Perfect for families and younger guests, this bedroom offers a queen bunk bed, sofa bed, TV, and comfortable lounge space. It shares the Jack & Jill bathroom with Bedroom 4.

The oversized garage has been transformed into an impressive recreation and entertainment space, giving the group an entirely separate area to hang out, play, and unwind.

There`s something for just about everyone, including a pool table, ping pong, shuffleboard, dart board, Boss Toss, poker table, arcade games, board games, and TV!

A comfortable sofa creates plenty of room to settle in between games, while a wine fridge and small sink make the space convenient for drinks and snacks without having to head back into the kitchen.

And when it`s time to relax, settle into the massage chair and recharge before the next round!

🧘Private Gym & Wellness

The next section of the same garage offers an impressive private fitness and wellness setup, making it easy to keep up with your routine or turn a quiet morning into your own wellness session.

The gym includes a power rack, free weights, dumbbells, kettlebells, workout benches, stability equipment, and additional strength-training equipment, with plenty of open floor space for movement and stretching.

A dedicated yoga setup with yoga mats makes morning yoga or stretching easy, while the nearby sauna, cold plunge, and massage chair provide plenty of options for recovery afterward.

The outdoor dining setup is also especially well suited for private hibachi dinners, giving your chef plenty of room to cook while everyone gathers around the table — a great option for birthdays, celebrations, and group dinners at the house.

The private hot tub sits on its own scenic section of the patio surrounded by trees and is conveniently located just outside the primary suite.

The landscaped backyard adds another gathering area with comfortable outdoor seating and lawn games, including oversized Connect Four and cornhole.

Between the deck, backyard, hot tub area, and additional seating spaces, there are plenty of places to gather as a group or spread out and enjoy some quiet time.

✨ Additional Amenities

The home includes a dedicated laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, in addition to the second washer and dryer located inside the primary suite`s walk-in closet.

Central air conditioning, indoor fireplaces, high-speed Wi-Fi, TVs in every bedroom (except Bedroom 2), a BBQ grill, extensive indoor and outdoor seating, and thoughtfully appointed spaces throughout make the home equally comfortable for weekend escapes and longer Sedona stays.

✨ Coming Spring 2027 – Private Pool

The outdoor experience will soon include another major addition: a new private pool planned for Spring 2027, complementing the home`s hot tub, saunas, cold plunge, and extensive outdoor living areas.

Pool availability is dependent upon completion and should not be considered available for stays prior to confirmed installation.

The guests will have access to the entire home except for the locked supply closet.

We are not physically located at the property but are available remotely or locally as needed.

Located in West Sedona, the home provides convenient access to the area`s restaurants, shops, galleries, trailheads, and everyday conveniences while offering an impressive sense of privacy once you`re back at the property.

With incredible red rock scenery surrounding the home, you don`t have to leave the property to experience one of the best parts of Sedona.

It`s best to rent a car in Sedona. Uber & Lyft is limited in the area.

No Pets!

No Smoking or Vaping inside or outside the house. No Exceptions. $1500 fine if violated.

Due to our dark sky ordinance, outdoor lights must be turned off when you are not outside, and after 10pm.

By law, this home may NOT be used for events, parties, or large gatherings.

We regularly see javelina, deer, skunks, and bobcats. Please do not approach or feed these animals.
