The Space:

Mesa Vista on Cline sits on over an acre of private land in West Sedona, with red rock mesas as your permanent backdrop. Purpose-built for luxury groups — designed so 16 people can spread out, unwind, and gather without getting in each other's way.



The outdoor experience is exceptional. The heated saltwater pool and elevated spa overlook the desert landscape cinematically — glassy blue water against red rock silhouettes, the sky shifting from gold to indigo at sunset. An outdoor shower adds a resort-like ritual to your mornings, and the poolside patio is

sized for real groups: lounge chairs, al fresco dining, and genuine room to breathe.



Inside, the home is refined and deeply comfortable. The chef's kitchen is the social center: Monogram appliances, 6-burner gas cooktop, dual ovens, and an oversized island big enough for six people to crowd around at breakfast. Two entertainment bars with beverage fridges keep gatherings flowing between
