Luxurious 2 bed bungalow in Uptown

Newly refinished, completely refurnished, easily accessible trail heads nearby AND located a block from Uptown shops, our guest cottage will ensure an unforgettable time in Sedona!

Zen-out on the private courtyard, pick up a world class dinner across the street at Elote, or cozy up to a movie in front of the fire. Our two bed, one bath cottage offers all the comforts of a full size home, with luxury and a southwestern ambiance.

Check-in is 4pm: we do our best to provide the house earlier!

When putting this space together our goal was to provide an alternative to the high-end resorts in the area with the conveniences and amenities of your own home.

Full kitchen: Stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, custom cabinets, Nespresso and drip coffee makers, all the tools- tableware, cutlery, glasses, wine glasses, a blender, and more!

Dining area: Four person dining table, dimmable chandelier, southwestern art next, and sliding door nearby to let the evening breeze in.

Living area: Brand new leather couch and matching lounge chairs, big round rustic coffee table on a southwestern style rug and decor, Remote control fireplace, 65 inch smart TV, Separate outdoor lounge area, and more.

Private courtyard: Outdoor seating for everyone, Gas powered grill, Large fountain, Bike storage and Zen-themed decor.

Bedrooms: High quality queen mattresses, Southwestern-rustic furniture, including night stands and a dresser, Full size closets, Fresh white linens, and thoughtful accessories like chargers and white noise machines.

Bathroom: Oversized tub/shower with glass doors, High water pressure, counter space, Soft bathroom rugs, Clean white towels, Blowdryers, Makeup wipes, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body wash and more.

The cottage is accessed via private entrance off of Van Deren Rd, where you have private street parking for at least two vehicles. Underneath the blue star you'll find an electronic lockbox containing the keys. You have access to the entire area surrounding the front of the cottage up to the end of the green turf. The courtyard and patio are accessed via sliding glass door from the inside.

I will be accessible via text 24/7 and if necessary I can be there in about 2 hours.

One block to Uptown shops, Jeep tours, and restaurants, including the world-class Elote across the street. A short walk down Van Deren Rd and you will find local favorite The Sedona Beer Company. About a mile up Jordan Rd, you will find the Sedona Heritage Museum and parking for the Jim Thompson, Cibola Pass, and Jordan trailheads.

All of the action with a comfortable and serene place to retreat to!

Parking couldn't be easier with private street parking for 2 vehicles. About 600 ft away, as the crow flies, you'll have easy access all the Uptown shopping and eating. The cottage is one of two private units on the property. Only the living room has a 2nd level above it, the rest is single level. No spaces in this listing are shared.

Guests will be required to sign a short-term rental agreement.
