The cozy cabin was recently furnished with high quality and comfortable sleeping arrangements and designed with peace & relaxation in mind. This home has a fully operational kitchen with everything needed to prepare a large meal, a comfortable living room with cable TV, fast and reliable WiFi, and the most important part - silence amongst the trees!

Pet Fee*:

$250 fee per pet. Pet approval is at the sole discretion of host. Must be notified within 48 hours of booking.

VacayAZ enforces good neighbor policies on all managed properties. Renting homes in a neighborhood/community is a privilege and must be treated as such. Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all times and respect the rules of the community. We do not provide speakers and/or sound systems on-site.



Anyone found to be violating noise ordinances will be subject to an immediate $500 fine, in addition to City-imposed fines which can reach up to $10,000 per violation and can be removed from the property due to negligence.



Smoking is not allowed on this property. Violating this policy will result in forfeiture of the full security deposit and guests will be liable for the full cost of damage resulting from it.

This home is located in the lower loop area of Sedona. It is only 10 minutes from the heart of Sedona and outside all of the craziness in the town. Very private lot with oak creek access.



Getting Around:

A rental car is recommended. 10 minutes to get into city of Sedona.

We are available as much - or as little - as needed. We are reachable 24/7.
