The Condo is all yours: kitchen, dining, great room, deck. Great Room flows into full kitchen and dining area with ensuite bedrooms on either side. One with King bed and one with two full-size beds. In-unit Washer Dryer with quick cycles.
The condo’s pool, hot tub, barbecue, two tennis and pickleball courts, and beautifully manicured green lawns and walking paths are shared with the other guests and residents in the complex.

Your hosts live right around the corner, and easily reached through the Airbnb app messaging, and directly by phone or text should you need anything.
+ Do return the Amenity key to the Check-In Desk upon your Departure. We must charge our costs to replace: a fee of $75 for lost key.
+ Pool and hot tubs and tennis court open year-round, from 8AM - 10PM. Please read and follow the HOA`s detailed POOL RULES before using, see this page in the Welcome Notebook on Great Room desk. Note: pool and spa gates are locked at 10:00 pm and reopened at 8:00 am, glass items prohibited due to risk of breakage, the HOA has security cameras in pool and club house area.
+ Park anywhere in the main lot, except where you see bright yellow strip.
+ Leave the remotes for all three TVs visible on the nightstand or sofa table, so cleaning crew does not have to search for them.
+ Countertops in kitchen and bathroom vanities can be damaged by high heat. Use the trivets provided in the kitchen and dining room counters for cooking vessels when hot, and the trays provided on both vanities for hair styling tools when hot.
+ Do not use live candles, loose glitter, or tape decorations to walls or furniture as this may necessitate excess cleaning fees for repairs.
+ Do not leave stains on linens or towels with permanent or temporary hair dye applications, make-up or excessively oily or bleaching lotions. Gray wash rags provided for make-up removal.
+ Take only colorful beach towels stored in closet outside to pool, hot tub, swimming holes along Oak Creek, or Slide Rock.
+ Windows in East bedroom and dining room do not open. Do not attempt to open as you risk breaking them.
+ Turn off TVs & lights when out for the day.
+ Be sure doors are locked when not in the unit. Lighted blue check mark indicates upon opening that front door is ready to open, or upon closing that door is successfully locked. Test the lock to make sure. Security sticks provided for the sliding glass doors, place in the bottom rails to lock, and remove to open.
+ Do not use live candles, glitter, or tape decorations to walls. Candle wax is impossible to clean up, glitter to completely vacuum up, and removal of tape can damage and chip paint off walls. Ask for push pins for decorations for celebrations.
