- Bedroom 3: 1 king bed with jack and Jill bathroom
- Bedroom 4: One queen bed

All of the bedrooms are equipped with the highest quality mattresses and linens.
1. No pets or animals of any kind
2. No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes allowed in the home and no smoking of ANY kind within 20 feet of the premises.
3. No events or parties of any kind due to strict Sedona event ordinance.
4. Quiet hours are from 9pm to 9am. During quiet hours music is strictly prohibited.
5. Please do not set the AC lower than 75. It will freeze and stop working.
