The Space:

Tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood, this home offers the perfect blend of privacy and solitude while remaining close to all of West Sedona's conveniences. After a day of exploring, come back to relax in your private hot tub, lounge in a hammock, or gather around the firepit under a blanket of brilliant stars.



The entire space has been meticulously updated and furnished, drawing inspiration from the natural beauty of the surrounding landscape. The bright, open living area features a real wood-burning fireplace and a Frame Smart TV with Disney+, Netflix, and Hulu. The fully stocked, eat-in kitchen and dining nook have everything you need to prepare anything from a quick morning coffee to a gourmet meal.



Rest peacefully in the spacious master bedroom, which offers a king-size bed, cozy linens, a roomy closet, and a convenient dropdown workspace. The second bedroom includes two comfortable single memory foam beds, perfect for families or friends traveling together.

You will have completely private access to the entire home and backyard described in this listing, including the hot tub, firepit, and entire backyard. This home is one half of a duplex, and the other half is a separate studio unit. The two spaces are completely separate and private.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the heart of West Sedona, you'll enjoy easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. The neighborhood itself is peaceful and very quiet, especially at night, offering a true retreat from the hustle and bustle.



Best of all, you are just steps away from the Tea Cup Trail Head, which leads to some of Sedona's most breathtaking views. As a designated dark sky community, Sedona offers exceptional stargazing. We encourage you to help us preserve this by minimizing outdoor light usage at night.



Getting Around:

Parking for two cars is provided (this is part of a duplex but the Getaway has its own designated parking)



For the hikers/bikers... the Tea Cup trailhead connects to a whole series of nearby trails ranging from novice to advanced (check out Sugarloaf, Soldier's Pass and 7 sacred pools, Thundermountain)



Grocery store/Starbucks/Restaurants are less than 5 minutes away by car



For the kiddos, there's a lovely park complete with a splash pad less than 5 min drive as well!



Other Things to Note:

The home features a mini-split system for personalized temperature control. Please ensure all units are set to the same mode (either all on 'Heat' or all on 'A/C') to prevent damage.



Wildlife: We are located near creeks and undeveloped land, so you may encounter local wildlife like javelinas, birds, and insects. We spray for pests regularly to minimize their presence. Please refrain from feeding the Javalinas or leaving food out



Safety Note: For the safety of our guests, especially the elderly and young children, please be aware of a single step down into the hallway leading to the bedrooms.

Maintenance: Our hot tub is professionally serviced weekly on Tuesdays. If your stay includes these days, our technician will need to access the backyard to service the tub.



Interaction with Guests:

As your host, I want to be sure you have the best stay possible and here to answer any questions you have! Along with being a short term rental, this space is our vacation home so our family spends lots of time here and have gotten to know the area pretty well! We're here if you need us.... otherwise we will not be on the property. I do however enjoy helping others make the most out of Sedona so please ask for any local recommendations or if you need help with an itinerary. We haven't done everything, but have done a lot :)
