Welcome to Doodlebug - A stunning, well designed 4-bedroom, 3 bathroom vacation getaway. With space to sleep 8, this expansive home boasts a well stocked kitchen, a sprawling deck with table & chairs, and great mountain views from the front. Whether you spend the day exploring the Red Rocks or visiting Sedona's art district, you'll love returning to this comfy home base at night to sip a glass of wine during a beautiful sunset or relax on the outdoor patio deck while gazing at the evening stars.

The house is equipped with 4 guest rooms and enough space to comfortably sleep 8 guests. Perfect for large families or sharing the homes with your favorite friends.

The master bedroom has a comfortable king bed and a luxurious master bathroom complete with a soaking tub.

Guest room one has a King bed and windows that offer you amazing views to wake up to in the morning.

Guest rooms 2 & 3 are in our upstairs portion of the home and both offer a king bed. This is a split floor plan that will offer a ton of privacy for whoever stays upstairs. There is also a full bathroom for upstairs guests to utilize during their stay with us.

The kitchen offers an open floor plan to the living room which makes it perfect for hosting while the chef in the group cooks a gourmet meal and can entertain but still stay in touch while friends are enjoying a movie or watching the big game.

As you step onto the patio, a symphony of design elements greets your senses. A carefully curated arrangement of outdoor furniture invites you to unwind in style. Plush sofas and lounge chairs, adorned with weather-resistant cushions, promise both comfort and durability, while a large dining area beckons for convivial gatherings under the open sky.

We welcome you to our home with open arms and want you to feel completely at ease during your stay with us. As our honored guests, you will have full access to the entire house, creating a home-away-from-home experience.

The only area of the home our guest won't have access to is the garage.

Nestled in a prime location, our home serves as a central hub between the vibrant energy of uptown Sedona and the serene charm of the Village of Oak Creek. Situated with thoughtful proximity to both destinations, you'll find convenience and accessibility to the best that Sedona has to offer.

A short drive in one direction leads you to the lively uptown Sedona, where art galleries, boutique shops, and eclectic restaurants line the streets. Take a leisurely stroll through the bustling heart of the city, surrounded by the iconic red rock formations that have made Sedona a world-renowned destination.

Conversely, heading in the other direction brings you to the tranquil Village of Oak Creek. Here, a more laid-back atmosphere awaits, surrounded by the breathtaking scenery of the Red Rock-Secret Mountain Wilderness. Enjoy the slower pace, explore local markets, and savor meals at charming cafes, all while being embraced by the natural beauty of the surrounding landscape.

The central location of our home allows you to effortlessly tailor your experience, balancing the vibrant energy of uptown Sedona with the peaceful retreat offered by the Village of Oak Creek. Whether you seek the eclectic arts scene, outdoor adventures, or moments of quiet reflection, our home serves as the perfect launchpad for your Sedona exploration.

HOT TUB:
The home includes an outdoor Hot Tub for those chilly evenings and is perfect for after your hikes! It is up to you to utilize the spa and it's features safely and responsibly with every use. This also includes monitoring and ensuring the safety of all guests and children in or around the spa at ALL times. The Property Manager and the Owner will not be held liable for any accident or injury that should occur. The spa is cleaned weekly by Vortex Pools & Spas on Fridays (holiday schedules may vary- Thanksgiving & Christmas).

Supervision: Children under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times in and around the hot tub area. Please be mindful of other guests and neighbors. Keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during later hours.

Temperature: The hot tub temperature is set at 101. Please do not attempt to adjust it.

INDOOR FIREPLACE:
No fires allowed in the fireplace. Fireplace is NON-FUNCTIONAL and non operational for guest safety reasons.


Health Considerations: Pregnant women, individuals with heart conditions, and those under the influence of alcohol or drugs are advised to consult with a healthcare professional before using the hot tub.

Shower Before Use: Please shower before entering the hot tub to remove any oils, lotions, or sunscreen. This helps keep the water clean and extends the life of the hot tub.

No Glassware: For safety reasons, no glassware is allowed in or around the hot tub area. Please use provided plastic or non-breakable containers.

Cover Usage: When not in use, please ensure the hot tub cover is securely in place. This helps with insulation, safety, and energy efficiency.

Liability: Neither Property Management Company nor Owner will be liable should any injury or accident occur. By using the hot tub, you agree to abide by these guidelines as well as those posted on the side of the hot tub. If you're traveling with children, it is your responsibility to monitor and ensure the safety and activity in and around the hot tub at all times while children are present.
