We could not stay due to the conditions we found
There was cans of food in the cabinet, (you could see worms in the flour container). There was private mail on the desk, like someone had been living there. There was dirt in the shower. The porch, a space we were told we could use, was stacked full of furniture and mattresses. The stove wasn’t clean, nor were the pots and pans that we were told we could use. Honestly, we should have reported it to the health department. Sorry to be so blunt but it wasn’t at all what we were led to believe. We took pictures. When we texted the host about the mess she told us we would get a full refund and we did. But we will think twice about trusting reviews in the future.

Downtown Sebring apartment
I stayed here with my dog for two nights while visiting relatives. The unit fit my needs very well. Appeared that the apartment may not have been used in a bit as it had a musty smell when I first arrived. After kicking the AC on, that dissipated in a few hours. All was fine after that.

Great Stay in Sebring! Was exactly what we needed!

Quaint little Grandma and Grampa house
Clean, quiet place for 2-3 people. Front door that locks with deadbolt key only, was a bit challenging to get in. A working front porch light would have been helpful. Furniture and bed were comfortable. Nice walk in shower. House had everything we needed.

Perfect location
Right across the street from courthouse in very quiet family neighborhood. Close to the lake, Sebring circle and walking distance to several restaurants. The host was extremely nice and more than helpful.

Convenient and quiet
The king bed is super comfortable and the layout of the house was nice. It needs a little TLC and sprucing up, but it was better than living for a week in a small hotel room. We were sad that the back "sun room" was used for storage and we couldn't have our coffee out there--as some reviews mentioned. However, we found a couple of rocking chairs and enjoyed the morning sun and evening shade just outside the front door. Every drawer and cupboard is filled with utensils, pots, pans, and dishes. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Communication with the owner was very easy and she is a kind, hard-working lady. We were satisfied with our stay.

Cozy and comfortable.
Spacious, comfortable and well equipped home. We enjoyed Amada’s duplex and her hospitality and would stay again when in Sebring. We enjoyed daily walks to beautiful Lake Jackson with our pup. Great host and home.

We had a pleasant and comfortable stay. Although the property is not fancy, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is clean, the shower is very good, and the kitchen has a new refrigerator and plenty of utensils and tableware. The screened-in patio is nice to start the day.

If you need a place to stay in Sebring, this is your place! The house is convenient to shopping and downtown, plus easy access to find a spot to take a walk along the lake! The house is a great space to relax, fix your own meals, and has a wonderfully comfortable king-sized bed! There is an abundance of storage, drawers and closets, so no need to live out of a suitcase! The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and utensils, microwave, coffee maker, stove-top and oven. The hostess was very helpful and kind as well! The nearby Highlands Hammock State Park is a great place to take walks and enjoy the scenery! The 80 degree weather was a definite plus!!!

The stay in Sebring was wonderful!! The house was perfect and so convenient to the racetrack. We left by eight in the morning and usually got home around eleven each evening. Amanda was a gracious hostess and provided us with fruit ,coffee and fresh flowers. I will recommend this house to everyone and hope to rent it next year. It was very comfortable and very clean.
