Our extended family had a wonderful five-day stay at Pleasant House. We were impressed with the thoughtfully designed layout and beautifully landscaped yard, which provided a nice gathering place for our family. The kitchen and outdoor barbecue area made cooking together easy. Everything was clean and well maintained, and we appreciated the comfortable king-size beds in every room. The pool and adjacent shade structure provided our group with lots of opportunity to swim and relax, and was enjoyed every day. The location is another highlight—Sebastopol has so much to offer, with wonderful parks, great restaurants, and plenty of other activities.Pleasant House met our expectations in every way, and was the perfect 'home base' for our family. We all hope to return again soon.

Great stay with fun amenities

We loved this house - we were in town for a family reunion and got a lot of good use out of the hot tub and game room. Lots of space for everyone and a great place to socialize.

Wine country getaway

Pool & hot tub were great fun in a huge beautiful backyard. We barely left the house as we were having so much fun enjoying the backyard. At night we cooked in the well-stocked kitchen, watched movies on the big screen TV & played some air hockey, but ran out of time to try all the games. Great place!

House is immaculate. Extremely well organized, everything in good working order, property management was extremely responsive. We had a brief power outage due to high wind storm, and the neighbor who shares power with this house came over and put on the generator which powered the entire house. Power was only off for about an hour, and the neighbor helped get things back running again. Cannot say enough about the professionalism and quality. The hot tub was amazing. The game room kept us having fun the entire time. Thanks so much for a great experience.

Perfect Girls’ Weekend Getaway

My girlfriends and I stayed here for a weekend getaway. Having 3 king sized beds was such a treat! The family room was the perfect place to watch movies. We really wanted to use the beautiful pool, but the weather didn’t warm up enough. However, we were still able to enjoy the GORGEOUS yard and had lunch outside. Definitely want to come back in the summer!

Great place in Sebastopol

This was such a great place to stay with our family. The house, not only provided various games (air hockey, skee ball, etc.) but it also had plates/ bowls / cups for the littles. Extra bonus on the pool, which actually with the sun was perfect temperature without having to ask to have it heated. You do hear some of the car noises at night but for the most part it was very quiet and peaceful. There is a tenant in the adjacent ADU but with the fence being there, we never saw them.Definitely would stay there again!
