Tolles Personal an der Rezeption
Die Zimmer sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sauber und gepflegt. Der Service an der Rezeption war ausgezeichnet und super nett. Hotel.com hat den Silbervorteil eines kostenlosen Frühstücks nicht übermittelt. Auf Nachfrage hat die Rezeption super reagiert und wir haben unser Frühstück bekommen. Großes Kompliment dafür. Das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker und reichhaltig.
Zimmerservice hat bei 3 Nächten nicht stattgefunden.

When we booked the room from Expedia a free breakfast was offered. When we checked in; we were told it was not offered. Don’t know why is wasn’t offered. Upon talking to the manager Bill and a little discussion he honored the free breakfast. From now on I will take a picture of the options offered.

the continental breakfast that was included was poor in quality and quantity. you might as well pay for the room without breakfast and go eat elsewhere. Even the staff & service at the restaurant was terrible.

This hotel is old, the area surrounding it is not the best. Very loud noise at night, weird drop ceilings in bathroom, linens are rough and old, smells like smoke. The list is long
