Stay somewhere a little different. Caravel is a cozy vintage Airstream retreat tucked into a green Pacific Northwest setting, combining classic trailer character with the comforts you want after a day of exploring. Settle in with a cup of French press coffee or tea, curl up on the sofa, and enjoy a stay that feels more personal and memorable than a standard hotel room.

Inside, Caravel has two sleeping spaces, with one configured as a bed and the second set up as a couch. You’ll also have your own bathroom and shower, dining table, sink, refrigerator, microwave, and three-burner gas range. Please note that there is no oven.

We keep the Airstream thoughtfully stocked with supplies, treats, drinks, a French press coffee maker, and kettle so you can settle in without immediately needing to run to the store. The compact vintage layout is part of the experience, with warm wood interiors, cozy lighting, and the unmistakable curved design of a classic Airstream.

Caravel also makes an easy home base for exploring the area. You’ll be conveniently located near the beach, Sea-Tac Airport, light rail, restaurants, and local cafés, giving you easy access to both the waterfront and the greater Seattle area.

Other things to note

Free parking is included. Please do not park south of the white line, as vehicles there may block neighboring mailboxes.

Green Laundry Service

Guests can take advantage of our optional environmentally conscious laundry service. Our washer is designed to conserve water, and our dryer uses moisture sensing to reduce unnecessary drying time. We use biodegradable laundry products, and participating dry-cleaning partners use plant-based cleaning processes without traditional toxic cleaning chemicals.

One full provided laundry bag, washed and folded, is $35, or $60 for two loads. Steaming and handwashing are $7 per item or $30 for up to five items. Dry-cleaning pickup and drop-off is available for the cleaner’s charge plus a 30% service fee.

Laundry is cleaned according to each garment’s care-label instructions unless you specifically request a standard wash. If you request that garments be washed contrary to their care instructions, the host cannot be responsible for resulting damage. Leave the provided laundry bag next to the front door of the main house with a written note describing the services requested.
