The space
You can tour this haven of cozy to familiarize yourself with its comforts and amenities. The best place to start is the glorious open space design living area. The home's heartbeat combines the entertaining living room with Gym&Game, leading to the cozy dining area and the fully equipped kitchen. The living area offers a comfortable reading are, an exercise space with plenty of exercise equipment and a 3in1 game table.

The kitchen has quartz counters and a casual dining area, and it is open to a generous family room with wood burning fireplace. It has access to the patio and a fully fenced backyard. The family room offers a sectional sofa and TV.

Contemporary design and comforts are present in 4 bedrooms that will have you sleeping like royalty. The first master bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed. The master bedroom also provides an en-suite 3/4 bathroom and a walk-in closet. Plus 3 additional upstairs bedrooms and a full bath.

Finally, you can easily change your settings by stepping out to the lush and private backyard. It features a sun-soaked patio, relaxing in the comfortable seating area, and watching your pets or kids playing on the lawn.

We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hours after 9 pm. If our guests violate the rules and our neighbors complain, the reservation will be canceled immediately and the security deposit will be forfeited.

Guest access
You can park in front of the garage or inside the garage. Free parking is also available on both sides of the street. The house is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

Other things to note
1. The checkout time is 11 AM. A late fee of $50/hour will be collected unless late checkout has been approved in advance. If the next day is booked, a maximum of one hour late checkout can be approved.
2. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hours after 9 pm. If our guests violate the rules and our neighbors complain, the reservation will be canceled immediately and the security deposit will be forfeited.
3. The Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to me. For this reason, I use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out.
