I’m not someone who places much importance on where I stay when I travel, to me it’s just a pls s to shower and sleep. But doing floor renovations and hammering on people’s ceilings at 6:30 in the morning is just insane to me. I understand renovations have to happen, but at 6:30 on a Saturday??

Older property currently being remodeled some. Noisy early morning construction. Husband stepped on two sharp tack type things in room carpet. Musty smell. Beds were comfortable with decent pillows. Clean, just old. Hallway had laminate type flooring making it noisy. Carpet was being installed on floor above so many changing that out.

This is an older property, but they were renovating when we were there. I was a bit noisy, not from the actual renovation, but because there was no carpet in the 2nd floor hallway and you could hear every suitcase that was being rolled across the wood floor. It was nice that this hotel had 24 hr shuttle service to Sea TAC and made getting to airport very convenient.

DO NOT STAY HERE! When we checked in we were told we could have a room on the basement floor or a handicapped room. We obviously picked the handicapped room (thinking it'd be bigger which would be fine & who wants a room in the basement). The handicapped room may have been a few inches bigger per regulations but everything else was horrific! The bed was like a rock, pillows flat, toilet seat broken & shower faucet broken so NO HOT WATER! I called the front desk 5 times & let them know we had no hot water & shower handle was broken (just keep spinning around.)I was told "the maintenance was on the way & room _ _ _ has the same problem but he's headed to my room". I called again & I was told the maintenanc couldn't be found. I asked how to change rooms & was told they were sold out. I asked how to get a refund to stay somewhere else & I was told, "You slept there & had hot water." I said "yes, hot water in the sink but I don't take showers in the sink & that's not what I paid for. The front desk told me "if you want, you can use a shower from another room. The housekeepers have changed the bedsheets." I about lost my mind. That is so GROSS & I've never been asked if I wanted to use a different guests shower!! It made me think if other guests were using my room for something!!After an hour we changed rooms & at least got hot water even though we discovered the hot-cold water were backwards in the shower & sink. I was refused a refund the first night! DO NOT STAY HERE

Liked that it was close to airport. The breakfast was tasty . The water was very difficult to regulate. Either too cold or scalding hot. The sink faucet was difficult to pull on. My 85 yr old mother was unable to turn it on.

I was on a tight budget for the trip and chose this location because of the price and it had an airport shuttle. Calling for a shuttle when coming from the airport, the phone rang for over 10 minutes before someone answered and then it was another 30 minutes before the shuttle arrived. The shuttle back to the airport was as scheduled and much more timely. This is an older property but has been renovated and was clean and everything worked, although the laminate flooring in the hallway outside my room was very noisy when people walked by with rolling suitcases. Breakfast was typical for a budget hotel, no complaints. I would stay here again if the price is right.

One of the rooms we had was fine. But room #127 seemed like it was in the midst of remodeling. There was no towel rack by the sink; there were no pictures on the wall like there was in the 2nd room we had (#128); there were holes in the wall by the sink.
