Gut: Sauberkeit
The beds were awful. The main mattress is old enough that it craters in the middle which is where you both will be trying to sleep. The pullout couch mattress is so thin that all you feel are springs and was unusable. My daughter had to sleep on it as a couch, which itself isn’t very comfortable. We almost check out the next day it was miserable. Zero storage, closets are locked, And to top it off I was charged 491 for a stained pillow and down comforter that we didn’t even use, it was 90 degrees inside! I requested pictures from Lane, never sent them, I requested a receipt of the items bought, never sent it. Lane said the claims process was fair and transparent, I never heard from VRBO or was asked any questions. Very unfair and it will make me reconsider staying at vacation rentals again.
