Unclean with broken furniture
Was very disappointed to see property was not maintained as in the photographs. The white furniture and carpet were stained and filthy. The pullout sofa was broken. They shoved dirty towels and foam inside of it to try to prop up the cushions. There were greasy handprints on all the doors and the floors were sticky.There was extremely loud construction going on next-door from 7 AM to 7 PM. We could not use the rooftop balcony because of construction workers and noise.I contacted the owner to ask her why we were not told about the broken pullout bed and construction going on next store. She told us she knew about the broken bed, but just assumed we wouldnât want to use it. As for the construction, she said itâs an urban area and that we just had to deal with it. We still have not received a refund for one night owed to us because of a scheduling issue. The owner said Orbitz would refund us but still has not. very disappointed in the maintenance of this property.
