• Seattle is a small city, so you may hear occasional airplane noise
• House is surrounded by greenery; during rainy season, occasional ants/insects may appear (routine pest control in place)
• Base pricing covers 4 guests; $15/night per additional guest
• Pets welcome with $150 fee per stay
• Same-day bookings: check-in may be delayed until 6:30 PM if there’s a same-day turnover
