Guests only have access to the first floor and the backyard, including a very spacious living room, 2.5 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, and all the spaces you can see in the pictures. Guests could enjoy it without interruption for the duration of your stay. However, guests don't have access to the upper level which is occupied by the owner. Guests and owner have their own separate private access to the house.

*. Step Disclosure: Guests only have access to the first floor; Guest has a private access to the unit from the red fence door. There are few steps at the entrance.

*. AC Disclosure: There are mini-split AC units in every room.

*. Parking Disclosure: There is no assigned parking spots. But street parking is easily available. Please don’t park on the driveway or block the garage.

*. Noise Disclosure: The owner lives upstairs. You may occasionally hear noise from above.

*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.

*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.

*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500 per night.
