Keyless entry lets you arrive on your schedule. You'll receive your unique access code and detailed instructions on how to use the lock 24 hours before check-in. And just in case—there’s an emergency backup key on-site if the internet ever goes down.

As daylight fills the home, you can prepare a meal in the kitchen, gather at the dining table, or step outside to stretch on the yoga platform. Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms each offer a unique atmosphere with memory foam hybrid mattresses, blackout curtains, and full-length mirrors. The Tree Room includes a streaming TV and nightstands for your essentials. The Wood Room pairs a rustic accent wall with a dedicated workspace and supplies, giving you a quiet corner when you need to focus. The Forest Room brings a calming, nature-inspired design with soft lighting and another streaming TV. Robes, makeup mirrors, and hairdryers are provided, with extra linens and blankets available. Altogether, the home sleeps 6 guests with 3 beds and 1 shared bathroom.

Bathroom
The single bathroom is designed with comfort in mind, featuring a shower and tub combination, a well-lit vanity, and space for your essentials. Plush towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel are provided.

Living and entertainment
The lower unit living space is filled with natural light from large windows and accented with warm wood tones. Settle into comfortable seating for a movie night on the 50-inch smart TV, spin a record from the classic LP collection, or choose a book or board game for a slower pace. Exercise equipment and a sound system are available, along with Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace to keep you connected.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, cookware, and basics such as oil, salt, and pepper. Small appliances like a blender, toaster, coffee maker, and rice maker make daily meals easy, while the dining table for six provides a welcoming place to gather. A coffee and tea bar invites you to start your mornings just the way you like them.

Step into a shared yard framed by forest, where a fire pit with seating for eight and a yoga platform encourage both relaxation and activity. Pets are also welcome, with a fenced space for them to roam.

You're only a mile from the Northgate Light Rail station and a 5-minute walk to the Rapid Ride bus line. Hop on the Link Light Rail for a quick, affordable ride to UW, downtown, Lumen Field, T-Mobile Park, or Sea-Tac Airport. It’s just $3.50 and trains run every 8 minutes—making your commute or game day a breeze.


Before booking, please review the house rules to ensure this home meets your needs. This is the lower unit of a two unit renovated home. Our peaceful home is part of a separated duplex, offering a private and comfortable space for you to enjoy and relax.

Each unit features its own entrance, as well as separate BBQ and outdoor living areas, ensuring you have plenty of space to relax and enjoy the outdoors. You’ll have all the privacy you need, while also enjoying the tranquil ambiance of the neighborhood, yard and creek. We have a shared yard for recreation & relaxation, dogs, and children. Additional pet fees and policies apply and proof of vaccination/flea & tick protection will be required prior to stay.

Thornton Creek is wheelchair accessible and we have provided a shower chair/toilet riser/grab bar for any disabled visitors with advanced notice.

We are dedicated to offering a comfortable and natural environment for all our visitors. Please note that some of our bedding contains down feathers, and our decor includes natural and cowhide elements. Because we are a natural environment, animals and insects are seen on occasion. We have professional, environmentally friendly, pest control services monthly.

We support eco-friendly, sustainable, and environmentally-considerate purchases and practices wherever possible. We forgo single-use items such as Keurig coffee pods, use Brita pitchers for filtered water, and recycle extensively.

Exterior cameras are at the front door of each unit and another overlooking the parking area. There are NO inside cameras. However, we do monitor for sound decibel levels, smoke, and number of people present.
