Keyless entry lets you arrive on your schedule. You'll receive your unique access code and detailed instructions on how to use the lock 24 hours before check-in. And just in case—there’s an emergency backup key on-site if the internet ever goes down.

Sleeping arrangements
Spread across two connected units, the home offers five bedrooms plus a queen sofa sleeper, accommodating up to 12 guests. The Garden Room features a king bed with a memory foam hybrid mattress, a super large closet, reading nook, extra storage, and streaming TV. The Zen Den includes a queen bed, office desk with supplies, a reading nook, TV, DVD player, and backyard views. The upper unit family room provides a queen sofa sleeper with extra padding, linens, and pillows. The Tree Room holds a memory foam hybrid mattress, dual nightstands, streaming TV, and full-length mirror. The Wood Room includes a memory foam hybrid mattress, rustic wooden wall, and dedicated workspace with supplies. The Forest Room offers a memory foam hybrid mattress, streaming TV, lighted pine tree, and full-length mirror.

Kitchen & dining
Two full kitchens allow you to cook together or split responsibilities with ease. The upper unit features an open-concept design with stainless steel appliances, a dining area with seating for six, and a coffee bar with multiple brewing options. The lower unit’s kitchen is equally well appointed, with an adjacent dining area ideal for both cooking and enjoying local takeout.

Living areas
Relax beside the gas fireplace in the upper unit’s mid-century styled family room, or stream shows beneath the glow of a lighted birch tree. In the lower unit, gather around a 50-inch smart TV, enjoy the record player with classic LPs, or choose from games, books, and DVDs.

Bathrooms
Two bathrooms serve the property, each with a shower-tub combination, tiled finishes, and a well-lit vanity. Plush towels and a full set of toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel, are provided.

Outdoor living
Step outside into a fully fenced, pet-friendly yard where outdoor dining, BBQ grilling, and evenings by the fire pit await. A dedicated platform among the trees is prepared with mats, cushions, and props for yoga or forest bathing, offering a quiet retreat in nature.

Families will find thoughtful touches such as a crib, pack ’n play, high chair, baby bath, children’s books and toys, baby safety gates, baby monitor, outlet covers, and children’s dinnerware. Additional conveniences include bikes, beach essentials, free on-site and street parking, and self check-in with a smart lock.

You’re just 7 miles from downtown Seattle and perfectly positioned near the University of Washington, top healthcare facilities, and the city’s top sporting venues. Getting around is easy—you're only a mile from the Northgate Light Rail station and a 5-minute walk to the Rapid Ride bus line. Hop on the Link Light Rail for a quick, affordable ride to UW, downtown, Lumen Field, T-Mobile Park, or Sea-Tac Airport. It’s just $3.50 and trains run every 8 minutes, making your commute or game day a breeze.

Thornton Creek lower unit is wheelchair accessible and we have provided a wheelchair ramp, shower chair/grab bar for any disabled visitors with advanced notice.

Exterior cameras are at the front door of each unit and another overlooking the parking area. They record sound and video. There are NO inside cameras. However, we do monitor for decibel levels, smoke, and number of people present.

We are dedicated to offering a comfortable and natural environment for all our visitors. Please note that some of our bedding contains down feathers, and our decor includes natural and cowhide elements. Living in a natural environment means that we may occasionally see animals and insects. We do have bi-monthly extermination control.

We support eco-friendly, sustainable, and environmentally-considerate purchases and practices wherever possible. We forgo single-use items such as Keurig coffee pods, use Brita pitchers for filtered water, and recycle extensively.
