Best oceanfront location in NJ with spectacular view from our third floor balcony overlooking the 13 miles of Island Beach State Park right in front of you, and from Ocean to Bay on left and right. There is nothing like it. Views out the front door expand all the way down to Lavallette Beach. Surround yourself in nature.

***Sorry for this not so fun stuff, but we are asked almost daily so to save you some time. We can only do Saturday-Saturday rental as per our permit and association. No exceptions. You may rent the week and leave early if need be but we cannot reduce the week and risk losing our rental permit. NO PETS, and NO SMOKING on premises, no exceptions due to severe allergies. The unit is on the third floor with elevator and two staircases to access unit. It has an outside entrance and the railings are low, grandfathered in from the 70s, must be very cautious with children on walkways and balconies especially if you have a climber. Thank you for your understanding. Now on to the fun!

Unpack and relax, our condo has been freshly painted, and two brand new full baths installed. We made updates galore with brand new kitchen appliances, furniture, bedding, carpets, lighting and Televisions.

Master with King bed, brand new Serta Sleeper mattress with topper, two nightstands with USB ports - lay in bed and look at/listen to the ocean through the slider to the balcony. Brand new built-in closet organizers in both rooms.

Sitting chair and ottoman, perfect for reading with a wonderful view of the bay sunsets, large closet, wifi, large mounted flat screen TV/cable.

Office space desk and chair with lamp to work from the beach - if you REALLY have to work you may as well do it with a Ocean breeze:-)

Brand new spa like master bath just completed with high end marble and wood look porcelain tile, new vanity, lighting, toilet, walk in shower with frameless doors and new pocket entry door to maximize space.

Second bedroom has new twin over full bunk and a daybed, brand new mattresses, each bed in this room has a side view of the ocean, and has large closet with built in organizers, flat screen mounted TV/cable, wifi access.

Kitchen is fully stocked (we like to cook, so we made sure you have everything needed at hand from stock pots to utensils). Don’t like to Cook? No worries, walk right across the street to Chef Mikes, an amazing waterfront bar/restaurant for great food and sand pails filled with rum punch instead of sand ;-)! There are four other restaurants within a two block walk.. ice cream and bakery too! Bring a bag of ice as fridge is not hooked up for water and ice.

Brand NEW, stainless large double door fridge, stove, dishwasher and drink/Wine Fridge stocked with water for you, freshly painted cabinets, new backsplash tile, new lighting and all the dishes, glasses, serving platters, Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven, everything you could need to make a great meal. We plan to do full kitchen reno next year to add new cabinets and a breakfast bar for extra seating.

Living room/dining has TV/cable, wifi, netflix access (bring your passwords), sliders to balcony with double lounger sofa with amazing ocean views from each spot, seats five comfortably, two comfy side chairs, games, cozy blankets and pillows which will be sanitized between guests. Dining area has table for six and the original 70s antique ships wheel chandelier, for old time character.

Step out onto the balcony and you won’t want to ever go home! Full view from Ocean to Bay and the entire length of the 13 mile state park! The pictures don’t do it justice! New outdoor carpets, Four rockers with cushions and two tables make for the best place for evening cocktails to watch the sun set. 2 Hightop Adirondacks are perfect for your morning coffee. We regularly spot dolphins, whales and seals in the ocean as well as birds and fox in the dunes.

Main bath completely renovated tub/shower with glass frameless doors, vanity, glass tile, toilet, wood look tile floor, all brand new this year.

Comfy, cozy bedding: duvets, sheets, pillows all brand new and will be professionally sanitized/cleaned between each use, each brand new mattress and pillow has allergy/dust/bed bug cover protectors for your health and safety, please do not remove these protective covers. The linens will be delivered from the professional cleaners before you arrive and the cleaning staff makes up the beds up for you so you may just enjoy your vacation no lugging in bedding or making beds while you’re on vacation. Before you leave we ask that you put all of the bed linens, bath towels, duvet covers, kitchen towels and bath mats in the provided laundry bags and set by front door by 10am for laundry service pick up.

Brand new berber carpet just installed through-out Condo. We ask that you please ‘flip your flops’ at the front door to keep it spotless for little ones who may be crawling on the floors.

We have our own private beach in front of the condo (only shared with the owners of our building - no lifeguard). There is an outdoor shower right by our beach entrance to rinse off after the beach, hose for feet as well. We also have a 4 foot, salt water pool, surrounded by decking with ladder entry, open the 90 days of summer, no lifeguard. The pool is maintained by pool service to always be fresh and sparkling for a dip. You also have access to the public beach entrance right next door (in front of Chef Mikes) if you prefer a lifeguarded beach (6 passes included in stay). Must return all six upon departure or there will be a $500 charge for each lost pass.

One parking space in our private lot and one street parking pass will be provided. Must return parking pass upon departure, failure to return parking will incur a $500 fee as they take weeks to replace and other guests will be without.

WHAT TO DO?
If you have never been to South Seaside Park, you are in for a treat! Not to be mistaken for Seaside Heights, which is a fun party town on the boardwalk, South Seaside Park is a peaceful, quiet retreat, especially in our spot where your view stretches for miles! We are close enough to the action if you would like to enjoy it. We are about a mile from the boardwalk rides at Seaside easy to walk the beach, bike or drive and enjoy the boardwalk fries and Kohrs ice cream. Or park your car in your private spot at our condo and don’t move it at all during your stay because everything you need is within walking distance.

You can rent bikes a few blocks away, ride to lunch or into the state park, fish on the bayside pier ( the state Marina is right at the end of our block) you have Ocean on our end and bay on the other end, walk the ocean beach all the way down to the end of island beach state park to see the lighthouse (so beautiful in the morning when no one is there), rent a boat or wave-runner for the day, go to the Seaside boardwalk and enjoys rides and games, rent a scooter and explore the island, check out Mike’s Restaurant across the street for great cocktails and dinner with an ocean view (live music on weekends). We have a storage room off the lobby to store your bikes, or there is a bike rack across the street.

If seafood is your thing, walk a block to Bum Roger’s for crabs and lobster or right next door there is Berkley Steakhouse and across the street Alfresco’s for an Italian bite or step back in time and have a great breakfast or lunch at the counter at Betty and Nick’s luncheonette. Go to the shops in Lavallette (there is a great coffee shop Lava Java and many restaurants to chose from, we like Channel Marker to sit right out on the bay, it’s BYOB). Park Bakery is AMAZING, there is a line in the morning, but it’s worth it! Try their donuts or coffee cake! OR just sit back relax and enjoy that view from our beach or deck, we have provided plenty of menus for delivery, Target delivers as well. You won’t find a better view anyplace on the island - all you will hear is the crashing of the waves and a seagull or two.

The entrance to Island Beach State Park is about six houses away. You can bike the park, bring a kayak to the State Park Marina Boat launch, or if you have an Island Beach State Park Mobile Sport Fishing Permit, you may enter there to drive your vehicle onto the beach for the best fishing in New Jersey. There is a great little restaurant in the park as well. Many people bike the park and enjoy the day there.

If you prefer fishing on the bay, take a walk to the end of our block to the dock. There is a small weekly farmers market on our corner, check them out for fresh produce and seafood. There is a larger farmers market and movie nights at the Marina by J Steet.

Great view
The view of the dunes, bay, and ocean all at the same time is ideal. We brought binoculars to view far off places. The beds were very comfortable. The elevator was a plus for getting your luggage to the 3rd floor. Check in was very easy and the wine fridge full of water was appreciated. The pool was sparkling and clean. The walkway area to the beach has been redone and is very nice with two areas to rinse off. Thank you for a relaxing week.

Beautiful spot
The view is one of the best in the Jersey shore. Property is very clean and the photos are just as we found the unit. Nice touches like plenty of hangers (often don’t find enough in rentals!) and a starter fridge of beverages. We will be back!

Location, Location, Location!
Great location. The State Park on the southside of our balcony was wonderful as a view and for peace and tranquility. The HVAC system is a bit noisy, and we had some activity from rodents in the ceiling one night - both of which pale in comparison to the good qualities of this condo and location. The property is beautiful, well maintained, and you can't beat the location. Close to the action/boardwalk if you want to go to that kind of scene, or peace and quiet if you want to stay away from it.

Amazing location
The location of this condo is absolutely perfect! Definitely coming back next year. Very quiet location but still plenty of restaurants and ice cream places within walking distance. Listening to the live music every day across the street at the Tiki bar was a total bonus. The condo was updated and i so appreciated that the towels and linens were al provided. One less thing to pack! The owner was so easy to deal with and we had a seemless vacation! Thanks so much!

Gorgeous views - best in Seaside Park!
This property allows for amazing views of the ocean, bay and dunes of Island Beach State Park from the 3rd floor balcony. It’s a peaceful place to stay, friendly neighbors, private beach with plenty of space to spread out, great restaurants in walking distance, etc. This condo provided ample space for a family of 5, a well stocked Kitchen, and a cozy living area with fun games to play with the family. Looking forward to staying again in the future!
