* bedroom # 4 (on the 3rd floor/top floor): 1 QUEEN; A desk & rolling desk chair will be added in fall 2024.

* Bed sheets are included; Select towels at booking for a small fee if needed.

(D). IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
(1). Garage & driveway parking & 1 street parking at the end of own driveway.

(2). ONLY LOW-SHEDDING dogs are allowed at a fee. Contact host for an additional fee for 2nd dog.

(3). Outdoor security cameras are installed at the front and back doors.

(4). READ BEFORE BOOKING:
* Reservations from accounts that have not been verified will not be accepted.
* A government issued ID is required to complete booking.
* Must sign rental agreement for reservations to be considered completed.
* NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Only the number of guests listed on the booking are allowed. You will be asked to leave with no refund for the remainder of your reservation if any violations of this rule are made.
* All guests on reservation must be at least 25 years of age. The age requirements do not apply to families with children. If you are booking for others, you must be staying in the property for the duration of your reservation.
