Einfaches Hotel für kurze Aufenthalte. Von außen schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen; Zimmer aber sauber und völlig ok. Einfaches Frühstück wie üblich in den USA. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Schnelle Internetverbindung ohne Probleme. Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis

My son was in the room next to me. The lock on his door would not lock when he was out of the room. It would lock when he was inside the room. He told the front desk the lock did not work. He was told someone would fix it in 15 minutes. We came back from dinner about 30 minutes later, it was not fixed. Mentioned this to the desk clerk in the morning, her response was, "I'll tell maintenance". No one should have to worry about a lock not working. These door face outside.

Dead bugs in our room, pool locked up, unheated, and filthy. Rusty nail on pool deck, noisy as it's on the freeway road. staff rude and unhelpful. no place to hang anything in our room, no hangers or rod. handicap room had tub, not walk in shower. stains on pillow cases/sheets

Upon arrival there was a tied off bag of trash (food) in the corner. The room looked decently clean otherwise. It was late and we were tired so we climbed into bed, assuming things may not be the best but they wouldn't be terrible. We were wrong as my coworker woke up early to a bite. We checked the bed and found several bed bugs and killed a few as we quickly gathered our things and left. Management was friendly and understanding, providing a refund. However, this should have never been a problem in the first place.

I put three guys that worker for me up in this hotel. The place is clean, they have breakfast and the front desk staff is awesome. Excellent value.

I booked and paid online. When I got there the worker tried to make me double pay. After that was sorted out he put us in a smoking room, which smelled awful especially since we don’t smoke, and there were bugs in the bed. Then he moved us to another room where the air halfway worked. I won’t be back.

Extremely hot when we entered as AC had been off in horrible texas heat all day. It took 4-5 hours to cool off as the AC fan is not strong. Very clean and excellent value.

I Was Very Unpleased with the room Quality for the amount i paid. The sink faucet handle was broken, the house keeper would not give us more towels, the air was not getting cool enough and there was not a Couch only a bench. $100 for one night and all these issues is horrid!

Non-smoking Hotel -- NOT
The Super 8 by Wnydham advertisement on the Internet states that this is Non-smoking Hotel. When we got the only rooms available were smoking rooms. The smoke stench in the room was TERRIBLE. We had to accept the room because of a time schedule. We bought a can of spray deodorant to make the room tolerable for a one-night stay.
