Step inside and the ocean views through the huge wall of windows are captivating! The oceanfront southern exposure offers peaceful sunrises to the left and tranquil sunsets to the right. There are two super comfortable couches and plenty of space to gather with entertainment amenities including a 70” HDTV on the wall in the large living area. The beautiful wood paneled library is the kid's den with a flat screen TV, game system and tons of games for indoor fun! Smart TVs offer guests with their own Netflix and Amazon accounts the ability to stream your favorite shows!

The newly renovated kitchen has high end stainless appliances, double oven, granite countertops and tile accents. It is super convenient with a pass through to the dining area and features a center island for the multi chef family and a granite bar with 4 new bar stools. Share meals in the dining area where the large table comfortable seats 6 or alfresco on the outdoor decks.

3724 Seabrook Island comfortably sleeps 10 guests in 4 bedrooms. You will love the two master suites, each with quality king bedding, a private bath and oceanfront deck. The first king master suite is downstairs on the ocean side, the second king master suite is upstairs on the oceanfront with spectacular views. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are also upstairs on the ocean side with oceanfront decks, Bedroom 3 has two bunk beds and Bedroom 4 has two twins, sharing an updated bathroom with tub/shower. All baths are updated. Our beach house is beautifully, comfortably, adorably furnished.

Enjoy coffee and cocktails from your screen porch or one of the several oceanfront decks! Enjoy grilling your favorites on the large gas grill and enjoy a fun filled vacation from one of the best locations on Seabrook Island. The beach is your backyard, just steps from the house and you’re only a very short walk to the Island Club pools. Wherever you stay on the island you have easy access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, lush maritime forests and rolling fairways. Family-friendly outdoor activities include crabbing, inshore and offshore fishing charters from Bohicket Marina, kayaking or paddle boarding the waterways and trendy shopping and dining at Freshfields Village.

Your stay includes amenity access for the Seabrook Island Club, the island’s hub of activity with two oceanfront community pools, two championship golf courses, tennis and pickleball at the Racquet Club, and on-island dining. The exclusive Beach Club offers a true island escape with a soft sand beach, shaded cabanas, sun loungers, two saltwater swimming pools and oceanfront dining!

All guests of Seabrook Island may access the Equestrian Center and SIPOA Lake House*. Featuring one of the few beach rides on the East Coast, the Equestrian Center caters to riders of all skill levels with three miles of horse-riding trails. Overlooking the Palmetto Lake is the island’s Lake House including a state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and wellness activities.

Pool Access: Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
