3103 Marshgate is a dream home that exudes luxury with large picture windows and glass doors offering captivating views from nearly every room, two distinct living areas, two kitchens, an elevator, a private dock with incredible views and a welcome concierge to acquaint you with the home and its luxury appointments and high-end amenities. The upstairs kitchen is an epicurean dream with Thermador gas range, separate refrigerator and freezer, and a beverage refrigerator. The lower level kitchen is anchored by custom cherry cabinets, a commercial grade wine cooler, second wall oven and warming drawer and beverage storage. This service area overlooks the downstairs media room with a huge HDTV integrated with the SONOS audio system.
Adult couples will appreciate dual master suites with king beds and luxurious custom tile baths. The soaking tub is nestled under sky lights where you can watch the stars at night. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are on the lower level. Bedroom 3 is also on the oceanside, featuring a king bedroom. An additional, cozy den with wall mounted TV and daybed is attached to this bedroom and a full bath with custom tile shower is just outside. The fourth bedroom, across the hall from the king bedroom, offers two twin beds, flat screen TV and full private bath with custom tile shower.
Walk out your private dock to view bottlenose dolphins meander in and out of the Kiawah River and Captain Sams creek while the pelicans oversee life on the marsh. Occasionally you may witness the rare and magical phenomenon of them strand feeding which only occurs in the Lowcountry. Sunrises from this home are breathtaking. Pelicans, herons, redfish, oysters, deer and bottlenose dolphins are daily visitors to enjoy.

Your stay includes amenity access for the Seabrook Island Club, the island’s hub of activity with two oceanfront community pools, two championship golf courses, tennis and pickleball at the Racquet Club, and on-island dining. The exclusive Beach Club offers a true island escape with a soft sand beach, shaded cabanas, sun loungers, two saltwater swimming pools and oceanfront dining!

All guests of Seabrook Island may access the Equestrian Center and SIPOA Lake House*. Featuring one of the few beach rides on the East Coast, the Equestrian Center caters to riders of all skill levels with three miles of horse-riding trails. Overlooking the Palmetto Lake is the island’s Lake House including a state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and wellness activities.

Pool Access: Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.
