Sehr schöne Unterkunft in ruhiger Umgebung
Sehr schöne saubere Wohnung in ruhiger Umgebung. Ideal für ein Paar. Wohnung ist aussergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet, enthält definitiv alles, was man benötigt (inklusive 2 Strandstühle und 2 Fahrräder, die man auf Seabrook Island auch gut nutzen kann). Das Bett war (trotz variabler Härteeinstllung) für uns etwas unbequem, aber das ist Geschmacksache. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben die Zeit in Seabrook Island sehr genossen.

Relaxing vacation
My husband and I enjoyed our week at Charlie’s condo. This is our fourth year vacationing here! It is a peaceful spot overlooking the marsh, where you can watch the tides change while you drink your coffee or sip your wine. The condo is very clean and has everything you need. The beach is expansive and only a 10 minute drive away where you can walk to see the dolphins strand or just set up your chair and enjoy the sun. Charleston is just 40 minutes away. This is a great spot to relax!

Very clean and quiet condo. Away from the hustle and bustle but, close to everything you want to see. Had everything we needed. The only thing we didn't like was the$225/ person/ week extra to use amenities of Seabrook. We didn't do that.

Beautiful and Serene
The condo was very spacious for 2. Very clean which is at the top of my list. Charlie was very quick to respond. The whole area was high end. Take a day to explore the area there is so much. A short drive away there is a huge resort pool by the beach that you have to pay extra for. To pricey for us. So we used the smaller pool just steps from our condo. Only complaint is the pool is warm because of the high 90 heat. So although nice i was looking for refreshing. Still used it. I didnt think of marshes as a view but I was wrong it was really beautiful. Only suggestion is maybe a floor fan for the living room. Air works great but a fan would circulate the air. We will be back for sure. Oh first time in South Carolina and it really was great

Short Stay
We only had a short stay at this beautiful property, and are already checking to see when we can return. Upon arrival, the cleanliness of the condo and the care that is poured into this space is evident. The natural beauty of the surrounding scenery creates a relaxing atmosphere that entices both a sense of adventure and kicking up your heels. Charlie, the host, was incredible to work with and very responsive. We look forward to another trip soon.

Exceptional!
Beautiful marsh view in an exceptionally well-appointed townhome. The kitchen is perfect for cooking in and enjoying local produce and catch. Everything you need is included in the stay - bikes, pool access, beach towels, boogie boards, kayaks, and more! A simple 10-minute bike ride to Seabrook beaches. We'll definitely be back!!

Loved this place!
We have spent a lot of time on Seabrook island and this condo is now our favorite place to stay! The marsh views are amazing any time of day but especially in the evenings. There is a dock right by the condo that is perfect to view the sunset with a glass of wine. The condo itself is beautifully decorated and spotless. We cooked several nights and found everything we needed was provided. I can not say enough good things about our host. There was a problem with one of the bikes and Charlie had it replaced first thing the next morning. Excellent communication. We will book this condo again and again!

Wedding on Kiawah
We recently stayed here to attend a wedding at Kiawah. The condo was perfect! It was very clean, the marsh views were spectacular and the long dock a treat at sunset. The bikes were perfect, in good working order, which isn’t always the case at rentals. The location was perfect for us, being near tennis, the fitness center, the French bakery and the beautiful equestrian center. The only thing that we had an issue with and is no reflection of the property is the amenity fee structure. When you go to a resort and pay a resort fee, it always includes certain things. Here the amenity fee is more of an opportunity for access and to pay more. There is an additional charge for tennis, the fitness center and even for a towel at the pool! The golf club restaurant was wonderful and so was the informal beach restaurant, which you are not permitted to eat at unless you purchase an amenity card.

Comfy and Beautiful
Seabrook Island is the perfect place to enjoy nature and peace. This property has gorgeous marsh views, is super clean and newly decorated. The decor is gorgeous and modern, with a well-stocked kitchen. Very close to Freshfield Village restaurants and shops, with great biking and walking paths. We would definitely return.

This is a great spot for a weekend trip to the coast. The marsh view from the screened in porch is great! The provided bikes are a bonus- it’s an easy bike ride to explore both Seabrook & Kiawah.

Paradise! :)
First off, you can't go wrong with Seabrook. My husband and I discovered this serene paradise several summers ago and have been coming back ever since. That being said, we've stayed all over the island and we must say that this place has been our favorite. It was pristine, well stocked, and had a very comfortable bed. Everything you could ever think of was taken care of. Thanks, Charlie for letting us stay in your beautiful home - it is evident that you take pride in it and it is well taken care of!

The condo is exactly as listed. Everything was spotless upon arrival. Several suggestions 1) is that there be some serving utensils. A spatula was the only serving utensil available. 2) is that there would be more than 2 teaspoons. Two very minor items. We loved walking the island and the beach! It’s a very quiet, peaceful place. The dolphins were stranding one of the days at the inlet, which were told is a rare experience. Totally awesome! I definitely recommend this island and condo for any couple wanting a peaceful getaway!

Gem of a property. My husband and I loved every minute of our stay on our getaway from the winter cold. The screened in porch overlooking the stunning tidal marsh provided hours of relaxation starting with our morning coffee and wine each evening. The pier was amazing to watch the sunset. We really enjoy taking a break from our SD winter’s. Seabrook Island is a great spot to do so. We can walk outside without fear of falling due to ice and snow. Hearing the birds in January and February is a big plus.

Perfect Location For All You Need On Your Beach Trip
This place was incredible for us and had all we needed for our stay. There is access to wonderful amenities and you are really close to the beach as well as the marketplace area with many restaurants and shops. We had the absolute best time on our first trip here and will definitely be back.

Quiet retreat in the low country
A tranquil, relaxing retreat- the pool was practically private most of the time we were there which was nice. Loved all the birds and wildlife on the island. It was quite a trek to and from Charleston proper- and we went practically every day of our 12 day stay- but Bohicket Road with its beautiful oaks practically made up for it. We didn't make use of the amenities due to the rampant Delta varient, but regardless, the property and this condo were amazing! Charlie is a great host who has thought of just about everything!

Altho I didn't have a lot of time to take advantage of the amenities (I was in the area as a volunteer for the PGA Championship), I loved everything about the condo. I enjoyed the serenity, the wildlife in and around the marsh, and the lack of flying insects on the screened-in porch. The kitchen appliances are very nice and I found everything I needed to prepare meals. The keyless entry was so convenient. I feel lucky to have found this unit on VRBO. I'll be back for sure.

Anniversary Celebration
My wife and I enjoyed our stay on Seabrook Island. This is the second time we’ve stayed at Charlie’s condominium. He’s a great communicator and responded quickly to any questions we had. The size of the property is perfect for us. We cooked all of our meals here. We sat on the screened-in porch and looked out over the marsh watching the egrets and crabs . It was peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed our trip to the beach. We walked and rode our bikes to Freshfields Village. All in all, it was a great place to celebrate our anniversary. We’ll be back again.

This property was just what we needed!! The bed was so comfortable, beach towels were provided as well as hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent and more! Great Vacation at Bay Pointe
We had a great time at Bay Pointe VRBO. Charlie was super helpful and his place was perfect. Close to Bohicket Marina and all the Seabrook Island beaches. The condo unit was very clean and nicely supplied. The pool and BBQ area at the condo was a wondeful amenity as well.

Great property with screened porch. We loved watching the birds. The property was clean and beautiful. The only missing element was a table and chairs, although there were three barstools. We had a great stay and will come back.
